camera troppo piccola e poco spazio per valigie abiti ecc. Doccia aperta, ed ad ogni utilizzo, inevitabile un lago sul pavimento, molto pericoloso ☢️.
Bella la villetta, comoda cucina ben organizzata e completa di tutto, compreso asciugatrice. Si trova direttamente sulla strada anche se ad una distanza tale da non sentire alcuno rumore.
La distanza dal centro abitato e da tutti servizi è indispensabile avere l'auto, bisognerebbe aumentare l'illuminazione sterna per consentire di utilizzare il giardino la sera.

The hotel is perfectly located; the bustle of the city center and port taverns is not noticeable despite the proximity of the Venetian port, which helps you relax after exploring the charming city and island. The rooms are decently equipped and air-conditioned, and their small size proves to be no problem for shorter stays. Each room has a small but, above all, clean and well-equipped bathroom. The biggest advantage is, of course, the excellent, courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. We can always count on a clean room, a smile, assistance, and great tips from the lovely ladies who take care of guests and the property. The breakfasts at the nearby restaurant are quite delicious. The place is highly recommended. We spent an extremely pleasant week in Chania.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic—attentive, very kind, and highly professional. They truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The location is also perfect, right in the heart of downtown and within easy proximity of the main tourist attractions and venues. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
We arrived late at night and the check-in was super smooth. They were very kind and helped us with printing documents.
