La cercanía al centro, pero las calles son demasiado oscuras a su alrededor
Habitación pequeña, el baño muy pegado y sin buena ventilación, olor a agua estancada.

Zimmer 104 ist geräumig mit einem bequemen King sized Bett und viel Platz, um Kleidung und anderes unterzubringen. Leider ist es im Zimmer nicht nur kalt sondern auch sehr feucht. Schade.
Dusche hatte gute Wassertemperatur nur sollte der Duschkopf mal entkalkt werden, da das Wasser in alle Richtungen sprüht.
Die Kälte in der Nacht ist auszuhalten aber die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer ist wirklich ein Problem. Nach nur 3 Nächten fühlte sich alles nass an und ein nasser Badeanzug war selbst nach 48h immer noch nass.
Das (extra buchbare) Frühstück ist das Geld nicht wert. Man bekommt keine Milch zum Kaffee und die Auswahl am „Buffet“ besteht aus Bohnen, Eiern und Pancakes mit ein wenig Obst. Besser woanders hin gehen.

La habitación, hacia frío y no había aire acondicionado ni kuchss mantas para taparse.
El desayuno no me gustó
The garden area was very nice. The hotel offered complimentary water and coffee. The location was pretty centrally located and was about a 10 minute walk to the Zocolo.
Breakfast was not complimentary and water from the shower got all over the bathroom.

La ubicación es magnífica, la atención en la recepción por parte de Gerardo es de lo mejor, el hotel es muy confortable, el estilo del hotel es muy cálido, el café que ofrecen es delicioso y los stewards son muy amables.
No contamos con agua caliente por la mañana para ducharnos :( solucionaron facilitando la regadera de otra habitación pero es un punto para mejorar.

El alojamiento nos pareció cómodo, silencioso, y en un buen lugar, céntrico y a disposición de varias zonas para comprar de comer típicas del lugar, buen trato de parte del personal y con habitación limpia
El baño un poco reducido pero se puede usar para lo que es
Los que compran en plataforma les dan la habitación mas fea, lo digo porque yo recomendé. Otras personas hospedarse allí y no usaron la plataforma y las habitaciones estaban mejor e igual la atención es dependiendo donde hacer la reserva
Que sean elitistas y que en vez de presumir sus instalaciones a quienes compran en línea, le dan lo peor, no saben vender.
Comfy bed, close to city center, parking available, spacious bedroom, very clean
door to room did not lock properly, very tiny bathroom, tricky to get into the shower, glass missing from bathroom window, disappointing breakfast, not even milk available for the coffee (which tasted like water anyway)
