Flexibility and caring about customers. I arrived late during the night and needed a good sleep, they helped me so much. The bed so comfortable! They had tooth brushes. Small things matter.
Great value for money
Nothing
Very clean and amazing facilities! Jacuzzi/ steam with ambient lights and massage chair in a room were the winners! Also kitchen is very well equipped, toaster, microwave, ready hot water and cold filtered water. Cooktown are also available. It's a cute old house so don't expect 25 degrees inside in winter but you get warm blankets in the room and you sleep better when it's colder. On my last day staff were kind enough to leave my backpack in the room so I could still go and visit Leura.
The accommodations did not align with the photographic representations. Upon arrival, our room's configuration, which consisted solely of a bed and a massage chair, was unsatisfactory due to the absence of en-suite bathroom and toilet facilities. These amenities were located across the hall and were shared with other guests. Consequently, we opted not to stay and departed the premises.
We unequivocally cannot recommend this establishment. Our rating for this property is zero stars.

A little bit far from train station
Very friendly host. I arrived sick with a cold from a long trip and stayed to relax. My room was simple but cosy and I had a sink, a massage chair ( didn't book it) and a kettle in my room. Though it is cold in winter time you are given a heater. Also if you are cold and want to use the spacious breakfast/kitchen room you can also ask for a little heater.The place is very spacious and close to the entry to the blue mountain trails and the aborigine park site. Also close to nice restaurants and an Aldi and other stores and cafes. It's a good choice for budget travellers that don't want a hostel. I would recommend this place also to travellers 40+. Secret: The best shower is upstairs. :)

The bed was comfortable
The place was dirty with cockroaches around the premises, the provided slippers were dirtu, shared bathroom was dirty and when pointing out to the guy on the reception that the toilet lights in two toilets were not working he said i should use an alternative toilette which was two corridors away from my room and in yet another dirty bathroom (he did not aim to fix the lights). The whole hotel was extremely cold with only a small van to heat up the room. Even members of staff were constantly in thick jackets in the main area at the reception.

There is a washing sink, a chair, a kattle and a hairdryer in the room, as well as lots of shelves. Good facilities.
The door is unsealed and I got woken up by the noise of walking in the hallway at 2:30am. I should have worn ear plugs when going to bed.
Shared bathroom small & grubby. No toilet paper, floor wet with someone else’s hair on it. Toilet flush constantly draining. Stayed here for a festival, can’t imagine staying here for wellness after Cancer (which I have had).
