Pros:

Havuzlarını, doğasını, manzarasını çok sevdik.

Cons:

Bize göre en önemlisi personel eksikliği diye düşünüyoruz. Özellikle restoranlarda personeller ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalışıyor fakat yetişemiyorlar. Bu seviyede bir otel için aldığımız yiyecek içecek hizmetinden hiç memnun kalmadık.
Fiyat fayda olarak ne yazıkki beklentileri karşılayamıyor. Bu fiyatlara İtalya veya Fransa’da olağanüstü hizmetler alabiliyoruz. Konum, doğa, manzara harika fakat içeride bu ruhu temsil eden bir hizmet, bir kalite yok ve çok sınırlı.
Ayrıca oda dekorasyon ve mobilyaları da mutlaka yenilenmeli diye düşünüyorum gerçekten çok çağdışı kalmış.

Excelente estadia com pequenos detalhes a melhorar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Todas as comodidades e áreas comuns, como a piscina e o spa, são excelentes. A equipe foi muito simpática, prestativa e atenciosa durante toda a estadia.

Cons:

Como sugestão de melhoria, as luzes dos interruptores são como luzes de emergência no quarto permaneceram acesas durante a noite e acabaram incomodando o sono. Também senti falta de uma cafeteira no quarto. Além disso, havia alguns mosquitos no quarto.

No geral, a experiência foi muito boa e eu voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Family friendly calm hotel
Pros:

The location was calm and with a nice view over the hills. We had a baby with us and the hotel was suitable for us as a family, there is a small playground for children as well in the garden.

Cons:

There are few hiking routes starting from the hotel, otherwise there are not much activity around the hotel, except using the hotel facilities. You need to take the car or buss to reach the ciry.
