Buen hotel, sin la cuna que me prometieron
Pros:

Accesible, atentos y agradable el lugar.

Cons:

Elegí este hotel por el uso de cuna para mi bebé, me confirmaron la cuna y al final no hubo cuna, entregaron una cuna que no pudieron armar. No hubo cuna y en ese caso me pude hospedar en un hotel más económico sin cuna.

So pleased and satisfied, all well worth it.
Pros:

Continental breakfast was included which was delicious, specially the comfort of its hospitality and friendly-welcoming. The food was so good in regards to its taste and the ambient was so clean and quiet. Felt very pleased and satisfied.

Pros:

A very new, pleasant, and comfortable hotel. The staff was very attentive, especially the young man, César. The breakfast was delicious, and we ate at the restaurant as well, which turned out to be an excellent choice. I would definitely come back.

Excellent free breakfast!
Pros:

My first time staying at this hotel and I'm proud to say that this has to be the best hotel in Tepic. Decided to give this place a try after always staying at the Fiesta hotel in the Forum Shopping Mall. Close walk to downtown/plaza, and central bus station. Pay for the free breakfast, their free breakfast is amazing. Facility is newer and very clean. Rooms are nice and clean with the beds being absolutely comfortable.

nuestra estancia fue muy agradable
Pros:

el personal que transporta las maletas a la habitacion y el chico de recepcion muy amables,el personal del buffet muy amables y pacientes , la comida del bufet es muy sabrosa, le hotel muy limpio y centrico

en la habitacion eramos 4 personas, teniamos 3 ,vimos a una camarera y solicitamos una extra y muy amable nos dijeron que no les tocaba esa habitacion ,que avisarian por medio de mensaje que enviaran otra toalla a nuestra habitacion, pero no lo hicieron , pero todas formas considero que el hotel esta muy bien y su personal muy amable, volveria a hospedarme ahi si tuviera que regresar
