Good stay
Pros:

All the usual APA amenities, including prime location, huge breakfast buffet, lovely and helpful staff.

Cons:

My room (12th floor) was probably the worst room I have ever had at an APA hotel, and I have stayed at approximately 12 of them across Japan. Mattress was uneaten and dipped in the middle, there was a terrible smell I couldn’t figure out where it came from, but suspect it was from the carpet. I had to keep the window opened night and day. This was my first ever unpleasant experience with APA. The building and all the common spaces were totally spotless.

Pros:

L’emplacement, l’étage des bains (18ème étage)

Cons:

L’arrivée à l’hôtel : le checking débute à 15h00. OK. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h30 derrière une queue d’au moins 30 personnes qui attendaient les 15h00 règlementaires (alors que les chambres étaient prêtes). Puis, arriva le checking devant une machine d’enregistrement qui n’est qu’en japonais !!! Malgré l’assistance d’un employé ça n’a pas fonctionné tout de suite. Au bas mot, il aura fallu 15 minutes pour y arriver. Ces machines sont dans beaucoup d’établissements hôteliers mais qu’en japonais…merci pour les touristes.

Pros:

Tokyoda bu fiyat bandında onlarca otel var asagi yukarı özellikleri aynı , o yüzden oteli metroya yakınligi ve etrafındaki olanaklara göre seçmek mantıklı oluyor . Bu otel Roppongi istasyonuna yürüyüş mesafesinde ve bu istasyon diğer istasyonlara da geçişi sağladığı için avantajlı sayılır. Hemen yanında Donki var birçok drug store ve market var . Tercih edilebilir biz begendik.

Cons:

Odalar küçük doğru ama Tokyo otelleri bu fiyat bandında böyle. Bunu bilerek gittik . Çocuk varsa kalınmaz ama o kesin . iki kişi aynı anda hazırlanmak bile zor oluyor ama hallediliyor bir şekilde

A little disappointing
Pros:

We liked the location near Roppongi and convenient for all transport options.

The staff were excellent.

The room size is small, but that's 'normal' for Japan

Cons:

The washing machine that I used during our stay didn't work correctly. Although my money was refunded there was no offer to rectify the situation; the remaining machines were fully utilised and I didn't have time to wait and complete the laundry before we checked out with a bag of wet washing!

The onsen is very small for such a large hotel and gets busy most of the time.

The breakfast choices were disappointing in comparison to other APA hotels we've stayed in and the bar/restaurant was dark and not well suited to serving breakfast.

Pros:

Pristupačna lokacija, jako blizu dviju podzemnih stanica. U okolici puno 24/7 ducancica s hranom i restoranima. Dorucak je bio prefin i raznolik. Onsen/spa iskustvo koje se nudi besplatno u sklopu smještaja se mora probati, a u hotelu imate i veš mašinu sa sušilicom u kojoj operete i osušite 3kg veša za samo 600 yen-a. Soba je bila opremljena sa svim potrebnim potrepštinama, ako ne patite na kozmetiku trebate ponjet samo svoj veš 🥰.

Cons:

Nije mi se svidjelo to što spremačice na čišćenju sobe nisu niti jednom prebrisale stol i uzglavlje kreveta tako da u 10 dana što smo boravili tamo se stvarno nakupljala prašina.

Tolles Hotel für ein paar Tage
Pros:

Kleines, aber sehr sauberes Zimmer in der Nähe von der Bahnstation.
Das Personal war freundlich.
Es gibt einen Pool und eine Terrasse auf dem Dach mit Aussicht auf den Tokio Tower!
Lawson direkt neben an, Familiy Mart ein paar Meter weiter..

Pros:

The location was good, it was close to the Tokyo Tower, Teamlabs and a lot of sky bars and shops. The staff was also polite and took care of storing our luggage before check in.

Cons:

Check-out is 10am with the option to extend it for 2k yen per hour
