Good location, comfortable hotel.
Swimming pool - one of the reasons I booked this hotel. To turn up and be told the pool is closed for many months was really disappointing. Then to top it off booking.com does nothing to rectify my complaint!
La posizione era buona. Vicino all'albergo a 10/15 min a piedi ci sono due fermate della metro che collegano l'hotel molto bene con il resto della città. Il quartiere è piacevole e carino con molti bar e ristoranti. Il quartiere lo consiglio per muoversi di sera e trovare qualche posto in cui mangiare o passeggiare per coloro che non vogliono per forza spostarsi in altre parti della città con la metro.
I punti negativi della struttura sono principalmente 3. Innanzitutto, le camere erano minuscole. Non c'era letteralmente posto o spazio per passare in due dal letto e andare al bagno (attaccato al letto stesso). Per non parlare poi dello spazio per le valigie inesistente. Mi hanno detto, però, che la maggior parte degli hotel in Giappone sono così e io per ora ho provato solo questo, quindi su questo punto potrei anche sbagliarmi ed effettivamente la camera era di dimensioni standard per i parametri del luogo.
Sugli altri due punti negativi, però, nessun può ribattere. Il secondo punto è la pulizia della stanza: impolverata a livelli inimmaginabili. Sulla scrivania (minuscola), sulla testiera del letto, sui cuscini, sulle lenzuola ... strati e starti di polvere ovunque. Dopo un giorno li dentro anche lo zaino che avevo portato io era già pieno di polvere. Non so onestamente come una stanza così piccola potesse accumulare così tanta polvere. Sfidava le leggi della fisica.
In 5 giorni che siamo rimasti in hotel solo 1 volta sono venuti a rifare la stanza (la politica dell'hotel è che rifanno la stanza ogni 3 giorni). Ma comunque niente è cambiato a livello di pulizia. La polvere c'era ed è rimasta anche dopo il giorno di "pulizia". Penso abbiano cambiato solo le lenzuola del letto e gli asciugamani. È stato chiaro che non avessero neanche passato una pezza per spolverare da nessuna parte. L'unica parte senza polvere era il bagno, che però in compenso aveva il lavandino e il piatto doccia che si sono ostruiti dopo 2 giorni. Si sa che le donne perdono i capelli durante lo shampoo e, specialmente se lunghi, possono ostruire il passaggio dell'acqua, ma per perderne così tanti nel giro di una doccia con lo shampoo avrei dovuto essere pelata a quest'ora.
Il terzo punto negativo è quello più rilevante: nessuno dello staff, e dico nessuno nessuno, parla inglese.

大浴場のシャワーなどの時間の設定も長くてシャンプーなどをするのにイライラしなかった

Gute Lage
Der Hoteleigene Spa Bereich ist für Menschen mit Tattoo verboten. Ja, das ist in Japan üblich, aber deshalb haben wir ein Hotel mit Spa gebucht und auch auf der Website taucht Nichts von diesem Verbot auf.

Das APA Hotel Roppongi Ekihigashi ist ein Business Hotel mit kleinen, aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Die Lage ist zentral. Mehrere S-Bahn-Stationen sind in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war gut.
