Besides the parking, my stay was great
Cons:

Parking was awful. Street parking only. Unless you want to pay $50 for a valet that had us waiting for over 30 minutes because they could not find my car

The best hotel to stay at in Downtown Oakland
Pros:

Staff was wonderful and so was the valet. Room was immaculate and clean and breakfast was also really amazing.

Nice room, weird and mean receptionists the night of 3/27/26.
Pros:

Nice room, ice machine was cool, breakfast bar was great. Nice big windows and shower.

Cons:

The two receptionist ladies working the night shift on 3/27 were so insanely rude!!!!! I don't normally travel or book hotels. My room was registered under my middle name for some odd reason and there was confusion on that aspect but they were out of pocket RUDE to me about it for some reason. Like rage baiting me?? My guest was right there with me she can validate all this. Also I didn't have any idea there was a $200 deposit needed before I could get my keys. Which is cool, it just completely caught me off guard. They could've withheld the rudeness and gaslighting, biting sarcasm. The location was.... intimidating but it's ok. Also there was no coffee pot with which to brew coffee. But I didn't want to ask the receptionists because I already felt extremely UNWELCOMED. Yikes!!!!!!

Pros:

朝食がゴージャスだった。部屋がきれい。見晴らしもよかった。BARTの駅に近くて、駅からサンフランシスコもバークレーも近い。

Cons:

2階の朝食コーナーを夜オープンして自由に使えるようにしてくれたら、そこで仕事ができた。可能なら、コーヒーだけは飲めるようにして欲しい。飲み物程度はホテルのなかで購入できるようにしてほしい。

Nice Hotel in Bad Neighborhood
Pros:

This hotel is in a sketchy area. The only ones out in the area are homeless lying on the street and drunks/drug addicted folks loitering the area. Private security is visibly present watching what few stores were open after regular business hours. No one else is to be found.

The hotel itself is newly built in 2023. It is adjacent to the Residence Inn next door. New fixtures, modern design, clean. Clearly an effort to re-vitalize this part of town. But it stands alone and needs far more amenities to make occupants more comfortable and feel SAFE about staying here.

My state was very enjoyable. I will return again.

Clean safe within the hotel

Cons:

The valet security did not notice the coming and going of certain staff me in particularly to know who’s coming in and out and who is there not located close enough to things like a drugstore Walgreens is down the street yes, chipotle across the street but nothing closer.
