Good to stay but don't believe on their assurances
Pros:

The ambience and the location.

Cons:

They said breakfast would be served but when we went for breakfast they said we ll get at 11.00 a m.
It was disgusting.

Charge like Taj but it's actually a modern Tabelaa
Pros:

Nothing noticed such

Cons:

1) No wifi, they said - ohh it's not working today please adjust we will offer you a better room tomorrow, but man wtf and wtf I will come again for the next day.

2) they charge a high price but room condition is worse than a tabelaa

3) no toiletries

4) dirty bedsheets and the mattress were horrible

6) The shower felt like a low level compliment

Cons:

This place is an absolute disaster. The underground parking reeks of drainage leakage so badly that you can’t even stand there for a minute without feeling sick. The stench literally hits you the moment you enter.
The room conditions are no better—cockroaches crawling around like it’s their home, not yours. Basic hygiene seems completely ignored.
To top it off, even essentials like towels weren’t provided. For the price and basic expectations, this is completely unacceptable.
Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness, comfort, or even the ability to breathe properly.
