Objekt je čist, uredan, na prekrasnoj lokaciji za prekrasnim interijerom

Cons:

Osoblje nam je na recepciji uzelo depozit od 50€ koji nam vrate kad boravak završi u slučaju da nešto razbijemo...

Također kod prijave u hotel, recepcioner nam je napomenuo da nam je parkirno mjesto "gratis" jer smo prvi put u hotelu a inače se dodatno plaća 20€ iako to nigdje ne piše kod rezervacije. Noćenje smo platili 350€ bez doručka i večere a parking također nije uključen, ako vec imaju svoju garažu korisnicima barem to treba biti omogućeno.

Ujutro u 09h spavali smo, netko nam je bez kucanja prislnoio karticu i ušao u sobu, kad smo viknuli tko je? Samo je brzo otrčao, prijavili smo to odmah na recepciji međutim osoblje se čudno gledalo kao da ne znaju o čemu se radi i da će popričati sa radnicima, nisu nam ponudili ništa što bih imalo popravilo to što nam se dogodilo.
Odmah iza toga išli smo na google recenzije hotela i isti taj slučaj se već dogodio jednom paru kad su bili za valentinovo u tom hotelu, također situaciju nitko nije pokušao popraviti.
Sjeli smo prije odlaska kod njih u bar na kavu i jedan gospodin srednjih godina, sjedio je stol do nas, razgovara na telefon i govori kako je moguce da netko ima karticu od njegove sobe i ulazi bez dopusta.

Sve u svemu, za jedan hotel ovakve razine, ovakvog izgleda s ovom lokacijom sramota.

Sauber, freundlich und gute Lage
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Ante, der stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell war. Ein echter Profi, der den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und bot eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist das Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel, sodass man bequem und sicher parken kann.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A nice modern hotel with a small spa facility and view across the city. Room was nicely furnished and a good size. Staff very helpful and we were able to leave our bags after check out.

Cons:

The hotel is a little out of town and the only hotel lunch option was a very expensive menu.

Chegamos ao hotel bem tarde da noite e fomos recebidos de forma impecável pelo recepcionista, que demonstrou uma educação e gentileza realmente impressionantes. Ao saber que estávamos comemorando 15 anos de casamento, fomos surpreendidos com um upgrade de quarto, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais especial.
O quarto era amplo, muito confortável, com uma cama excelente e uma vista incrível da cidade. Tudo extremamente limpo e bem cuidado. Para completar, o café da manhã foi muito bom, com grande variedade e produtos de alta qualidade.
Sem dúvida, um hotel que se preocupa com os detalhes e com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Recomendamos fortemente!

O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro, mas isso já era algo que sabíamos ao escolher a hospedagem e não atrapalhou nossa viagem.
