Extremely noisy, bad location, not restful.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is on the corner of two avenues and there is a symphony of car horns all day and night. The breakfast wasn’t good. The service was just average.
We had stayed just in hostels but for the last night wanted something more comfortable to rest but it was so much worse.

el lugar bueno y cerca para donde quería ir al costa 21.
Pros:

el restaurant muy bonito pero el desayuno muy básico; el personal no muy agradable poco amable

Cons:

que me hicieran esperar a la salida para verificar si me había llevado el control remoto de la habitación o si no dejé las sábanas con fluidos corporales; creo que eso no da buena imagen en el hotel; me lo mencionaron lo de los fluidos cuando me entregaban la habitación.

Inolvidable
Pros:

El desayuno fue bufette y lo disfrute muchísimo. La ubicación es excelente cerca de todo lo que uno necesita para disfrutar un viaje. El hotel se encuentra en una zona segura.

Cons:

Mas ventilación en las habitaciones pues el hotel se encuentra cerca de la playa y hace mucho calor.

Terrible
Pros:

The only thing that was good was the food. But I took way too long!!!

Cons:

Everything was terrible! It was dirty and the staff were all being ruled by someone they emailed or texted all day long. The only way to get an answer from the staff was to wait for a response from a person without a face or name. The elevator broke for 2 days and we were in the 5th floor!!! The windows are too low! Anyone can trip and fall to their death. The door to the restaurant at the top of the building is at the very top of stairs and it opens towards you! How is this safe??? I had to call serenazgo to handle a situation in which they didn’t want to return my money.

No es un lugar para descansar

Buena ubicación

Cons:

Las imágenes son editadas con IA por lo que las habitaciones se ven más grandes de lo que son, las instalaciones son muy antiguas, se escucha absolutamente todo, desperté en todas las noches por portazos, gemidos, golpes a paredes.. lamentablemente no es un lugar apto para el descanso, el ruido vehicular también afecta demasiado debido a que el hotel no tiene aislación acustica, solo las habitaciones de mayor costo tienen smart tv, el resto tv antiguas, en general no es un hotel 3 estrellas.

La ubicación.

Cons:

La atención al cliente. Horrible. Las de recepción parecen las dueñas del hotel.. Al desayuno no tenían pan. Si tiene un horario, pues se deben dejar las cantidades para los huéspedes.
