Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter
Pros:

The location was what I was looking for, in the Hanoi Old Quarter, walking distance from many places.

Cons:

The room was smaller than I thought, I booked a suite with balcony. The hotel didn't have a restaurant, the breakfast was a short walk away in another hotel.

Pros:

הצוות היה מקסים ובאמת ניסה לסייע, יחד עם זאת המלון היה גרוע , החדר קטן מאוד , ריח של עובש, בקשנו לעבור לחדר אחר והציעו לנו במלון שלהם סמוך , שם היה רועש מאוד מהרחוב , לא היה בידוד כלל. מלון לא מומלץ

Cheap hotel for those on a budget but I wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel was well positioned but had limited facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Happy to assist if you had an issue.

Cons:

You have to travel to another hotel down the road for breakfast which was very limited in choice. Room smelt of sewerage when first entering the room. No curtains on the window in the room which allowed light from adjoining rooms into the room during the night.

breakfast was not in the hotel and was in a different hotel, with very less options or almost no option for vegeterian , its not in the main road , so have to walk with luggage to enter to hotel.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lage (vieles ist zu fuß erreichbar), gut ausgestattete und saubere Zimmer

Frühstück ist ein paar Meter neben dem Hotel, aber das hat kaum Umstände bereitet

This hotel is a complete scam.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Advertised pictures did not match the reality. Wanted to leave immediately and asked for a refund which they refused to do. They moved us to another hotel which was slightly better. Reviews are fake.

Pros:

Jimmy is so friendly and helpful guy. book your throughput stay and all the places is so good quality. Room was clean and spacious. He can also offer the room for shower after the trip.
