The room itself was really good, very clean as I said.
Pros:

I only had breakfast once and it was pretty poor. Hardly any dishes and the kitchen staff were really weird and kinda rude. Some of the reception staff are lovely and some just can't be bothered. When I first arrived there was no "the lifts are that way, use you card to select a floor". I had to ask where to go, there's no welcoming atmosphere at all, or at least not on the day I arrived. I'm only saying this because I think its an easy fix. Train staff in customer service and tell them to put a smile on their faces. I reiterate some of the reception staff were very nice but there's a couple with bad attitudes. The cleaning staff and the security guy were all lovely and helpful. The security guy rushed to help me with my bags, people like him need to be recognized for promoting a helpful environment. The rooms are very clean and well set out, nice big shower with great water pressure.

Pros:

Reseption was very nice but communication in English was a bit difficult.

Cons:

Cafe downstairs closes too early. 4pm. I have not been inform for that so i coukd not eat any thing but receptionist gave me my 2 free drinks.

Достаточно чисто, очень хороший персонал . Рядом с отелем автобусные остановки ,можно доехать в центр города.рядомс аэропортом.

Cons:

Если вы любите идеальную тишину ,имейте ввиду ,что на 5 этаже находится laundry, могут шуметь машинки стиральные,мне не мешало.

One of the best service . I kept forgetting things at this hotel and they are very helpful to track me and send it over even at the airport . They also make sure that I received it and make sure that I have all my belongings with me .the staff here is absolutely the best. The owner of this hotel must be very good at getting good people to work .
