Not many staff around, check in process a bit clunky (self-check-in), first room key card didn't work.
La ubicación, la limpieza y parte de las instalaciones está muy bien. Cerca del centro, del autobús del aeropuerto y de muchos servicios. La limpieza es excelente.
Hemos tenido dos habitaciones. La primera era extremadamente pequeña no podíamos ni abrir la maleta y estuvimos hospedados 10 días lo que dificultó nuestro día a día. El aire acondicionado de la habitación era extremadamente alto. Nos levantábamos hechos polvo ya que nos daba de pleno mientras dormíamos y no se podía quitar. Asimismo, el funcionamiento de la cocina se debe replantear. Hay mucho W&H que no cumple las normas de limpieza y eso hace que a última hora del día la cocina sea intransitable. Esto no es responsabilidad del hostel, pero algo de vigilancia o simplemente que haya consecuencias con quien no cumple las normas haría una mejor convivencia. Además, la ventilación de la cocina deja mucho que desear. Nada más entrar huele a comida e incluso a veces se genera humo lo que hace que según entres apestes a comida. Tiene pocos espacios comunes para trabajar y/o estar tranquilo/a.
The bed is comfy, has a decent kitchen and laundry facilities. Bathroom was always clean
It's very cold in the private rooms, and it's not adjustable as there is there is no central climate control and the room is window less. They play music outside the room 7am to 7pm which can be heard through the door. Also the room only has big lights.

Bed was comfy and private. Locker was a good size.
The shower had nowhere to put your clothes so they stayed dry.
Convenient location, clean facilities and the pod style makes great if you want space or to talk to others.
The music… it doesn’t disturb your sleep or peace. But sometimes it was a lot constantly hearing these pop songs on repeat.
It was very clean and all the staff were very nice
It was quite loud at about 3am
