Excelente estadia.
Pros:

Hotel limpo, silencioso, e com ótimas acomodações. Adoramos que eles emprestam bicicletas para os hóspedes passearem pela cidade. Nossa janela tinha uma vista bonita também.

Cons:

Um pouco longe da estação, cerca 1 km, mas nada que chegou a atrapalhar a viagem.

雨天で残念だったが妻との二人旅行。素敵な思い出になりました。
Pros:

ブッフェがおいしかった。特にローストビーフが朝食メニューにあるのは嬉しい。
大浴場がほぼ貸切状態。
長傘の無料貸出サービスが助かった。
2日分のブッフェ込みのコスパ。
ホテルマンが執拗に干渉してこない点。

Cons:

朝食メニューが２日ほぼ同じ。
地場メニューの湯葉、抹茶、ぜんざい、あんみつとか導入して欲しい。
部屋に洗濯物や洋服を引っ掻ける場所がない。出張の経験からS字フックやダブルクリップ、滑り止めゴムマットを持参し、フルで使った。
軽食店やカフェを施設内に備えて欲しく、雨天の待ち合わせや談話とかに使いたい。
ロビーには椅子しかなくくつろげる場所がない。
ロビーには、朝食場以外に食べるところみたいのもあったが、ロープが貼られていた。
雨天だと、京都駅から遠く感じた。
ホテルから最寄りのバス停までの案内欲しい。
（観光地Aは○停留所で下車徒歩○分みたいな）
関西のローカル番組だけでなく、関東の情報番組見れるようにして欲しい。

京都駅から近くでしたが静かな環境で満足です
Pros:

宿泊期間、台風の影響が懸念されたのですが追加宿泊の場合の説明、対応も丁寧で心配なく宿泊することができました。また、アメニティの交換も気持ちよく対応してくださいました。また利用させていただきたいです。

Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutarti in ogni modo. Camera pulitissima e abbastanza grande. Un letto comodo per ognuno (eravamo in tre). Bagno in camera ampio e pulito con lavandino europeo e doccia spaziosa. Nelle vicinanza c’era sia la fermata della metropolitana, che la stazione ferroviaria, che la fermata del city bus. Erano a disposizione biciclette (che non abbiamo usato) e ombrelli. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti
