התאכזבתי.
Pros:

אהבתי את המיקום, מרחק הליכה מעזריאלי , שרונה והרכבת. המתחם החיצוני של המידטאון נראה יפה, אין רעש.

Cons:

החדר וכל המלון חשוכים בצורה מחרידה ומפחידה. הרגשה כאילו אתה בסרט אימה. אי אפשר היה אפילו להתאפר. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה אבל מאוד צנועה. כל האווירה החשוכה במלון וזה שאין באמת לובי או צוות נותן תחושה לא נעימה ודיי מקריפה. בנוסף לא ברור לי למה צריך לתת פיקדון של 1000 שח.

מיקום מעולה, חדר נעים אבל טעון שיפור

Cons:

אין תאורת קריאה מכוונת למיטה, ארון הבגדים נמצא גבוה בצורה יוצאת דופן, לחצני תאורה דיגיטליים המקשים על מציאתם בלילה. במסדרונות מושמעת מוזיקה 24 שעות. לדעתי, מיותר, עלול להפריע בשינה.

כל התהליך היה הזוי ולא שקוף מול הלקוח. להעביר אורח באמצע הלילה זה לא סביר, אחרי שההזמנה אושרה. המלון שהעבירו אותי אליו ה

עשינו הזמנה, הגענו למלון ולהפתעתי הרבה הוא סגור. אין מלון. ההזמנה לא רלוונטית (משום מה עדיין אפשר להזמין, לא ברור מדוע). העבירו אותי למלון אחר, ב23:00 בלילה.

Cons:

השירות היה די טוב ביחס למצב הגרוע שהציבו לי כעובדה. העבירו אותי למלון דבורה, האמת שהוא פשוט היה גרוע. ממש. רכבת קלה עובדים מתחת לאוזן ולמשך כל הלילה, חפירות, קדיחות. אין גישה למלון ברכב, בכלל. שלא משבר על חניה. אין אפילו קפה, אין לובי כלל. שילמתי על ארוחת בוקר ולא קיבלתי תמורה בכלל. מאד מאכזב. כשכבר ממש ניסיתי להפוך את הלימון ללימונדה, והקשבתי להמלצה ללכת ל״גקוזי״ שיש בקומת הגג, הלכתי וקיבלתי מטז מים חזק שהגיע מבחור ששטף את החלונות עם צינור לחץ. פשוט נפלא. אין באסה כזה, שלא נדבר על אוירה.

Perfect size for my son and I.
Mamad in the flat.
And we couldn’t get enough of the view!
Very happy stay 🙏🏻

Местоположение удобное,из положительного-очень удобные постели.

Cons:

завтраки однообразные,не все можно есть.Номера на первый взгляд неплохие,но достался номер над рестораном,невозможный запах пережженого масла преследовал постоянно. Сервис явно оставляет желать лучшего. Приветливость персонала,абсолютно не гарантирует качественный сервис. За неделю проживания полы и сантехника не мылись ни разу,постели не меняли,коврик на полу не чистили. Если гости не слишком аккуратны,сложно представить во что превратится номер после недельного пребывания. Окна панорамные,но в них практически ничего не видно из-за грязи.
