הם היו מאוד נחמדים וליוו אותנו לבניין שבו החדר שלנו

Cons:

הג׳קוזי במרפסת היה ממש ממש מלוכך, השקענו בלנקות אותו ואז ברגע שהפעלנו את הבועות יצא עוד מלא טינופת.
התייאשנו ולא השתמשנו בו בסוף

Особенно хочется отметить сотрудницу ресепшен Марию. Это настоящий профессионал своего дела! Мария встретила нас с искренней улыбкой, была невероятно внимательной, доброжелательной и всегда готовой помочь. Благодаря её заботе и отзывчивости мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями с первой минуты пребывания. Она с удовольствием отвечала на все вопросы, помогала с любыми просьбами и сделала наше пребывание ещё более комфортным.

Такие сотрудники создают лицо отеля и делают отдых по-настоящему особенным. Огромное спасибо, Мария, за ваше тепло, доброту и высокий уровень сервиса!
