Neat and comfortable property. Ideally located. The staff is helpful and cater to specific needs of the Yatris

Cons:

The buffet should be more in spread and variety. Being in Katra it is understandable that non-veg is not served but even the veg dishes were limited.

Pls. Compare other Hotels. If you are seeking a 5 star - then this is not the hotel.
Pros:

The Hotel requires a lot of repair and cleanliness working to make it a 5 star hotel.
This is a Lala type hotel, overpriced. This is a an average 3 star oyo type….Not the 5 star has noted on the online booking forum.

Cons:

The front ladies; The location; The facilities etc. Transportation to station also is charged (less than 2km away).

The location of the property is good and near the market

Cons:

They offered a room with no window to the outside world. Two available windows open to walls, giving a claustrophobic feeling. I requested for an alternative room. It wasn’t acceded to.
