Location is very nice and room is very clean. Staff is cooperative..
Overall, nice experience. Staff was cordial including at Reception Ms. Reena and at Amaya Ms. Anita. Room cleaning staff is also nice and cordial always ready to help.
It was a really good experience and Neetu Maam was very helpful definitely recommend for family with the royal suite and the meals were flawless
Awesome holistic experience in terms of ambience, reception, quality of food, hospitality if all staffs from restaurant, especially Anita and . Chief Chef needs special complement for perfectly designing the buffet and maintaining the hygiene and taste both.

The staf was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the movement I checked in
My room was immaculate spacious and provided a fantastic view in the city
Anita at the restaurant takes the cake for hospitality.
She helped us with everything, my wife had fallen ill and Anita went out of her way to send khichdi for her. It’s the little details that take the experience to another level and Anita made sure we got that.

Everything was phenomenal from the front desk with Nikhil and Roshi to the serving staff at Restaurant with Anita.
Hospitality really doesn’t get better than this, definitely coming back.
Our assistant by the pool Jagdev was beyond impressive as he helped us literally with everything.

Location was good.hotel was clean .
First they provided small room with garbage view.after confrontation they replied that only this room is available as it didn't matter what type of room is booked and its subject to availability(i heard this first time after staying in hotels world over).now they changed to other room which was also below category which we booked(pool view booked).staff namely Reema was too much adamant and again and again repeating 'subject to availabilty'.is it the booking policy.guest book a higher caregory room and hotel provides total low category room.
Highly unacceptable !!!!
In the end we were not provided the room we booked.thats it.
Great location...nearby railway station... Beautiful ambience... Rooms were spacious with all the necessities... Provided complementary food to two of our kids... Staff was very polite and helpful...Value for money... Overall excellent experience...

One of the best Sunday buffet brunch 👌. Very beautiful ambience. Good food with very wide spread unlimited buffet. Till now visited multiple times for Sunday brunch. Best part is great outdoors for clicking too many pictures with family and friends. Gonna visit very soon agan..🙂
