10/10 stay, would stay here again.

The staff, the location, the amenities, the views. Everything was perfect for me. I was on a solo trip for my birthday & couldn’t have felt more safe. With staff being super hospitality to greeting you by last name to security doing his rounds to ensure the property was safe. Location was everything. I literally was able to walk to more than half of the places I wanted to visit. Will definitely be staying here again.

Cons:

I did get a bug bite. Not sure if it came from the room itself or from being outside. Other than this I have no further complaints.

I would definitely stay again and that 24 Hour bar is chef kiss.
Pros:

Location was extremely convenient. Literally everything is within a 20 min walk or less.

Emplacement génial et séjour agréable
Pros:

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans un CitizenM, donc nous savions à quoi nous attendre. La chambre est certes petite, mais propre, moderne, très fonctionnelle et vraiment bien pensée. Nous avons également apprécié le confort de la literie et tous les équipements de la chambre.

Évidemment, l’emplacement est génial pour découvrir Chicago à pied et profiter du centre-ville. La terrasse a aussi été une très belle surprise : un endroit vraiment agréable pour se poser après une journée en ville, avec une jolie vue sur Chicago.

L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel est moderne et décontractée, avec des espaces communs sympas. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé deux très bonnes nuits !

Cons:

Le check-in / check-out à faire soi-même est, à notre goût, un peu laborieux, et nous avons trouvé l’accueil du personnel un peu moins chaleureux que prévu... Dommage

Le prix était également assez élevé, mais notre séjour tombait en plein festival Lollapalooza, ce qui l’explique certainement en partie. Le rapport qualité/prix en a forcément un peu souffert.

I like that it was in the city and it was accessible to every locations

Cons:

The mattress was so uncomfortable, it felt like a rock and the room was very tight. And they had only two little pillows.
