Hotel molto affascinate e tranquillo in una via parallela al caos della città! Esperienza molto positiva
Pros:

L’hotel situato in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere ristoranti e locali, vicino alla piazza del commercio e ben fornito di mezzi di trasporto nelle vicinanze. Hotel elegante, camere spaziose con arredi moderni e di lusso. Durante il pomeriggio è possibile usufruire nella sala della colazione di snack e bevande fredde e calde. Bellissimi saloni comuni dove potersi rilassare con una vista sulla città. Offrono anche servizi di navetta per l’aeroporto . Colazione buona e ben fornita. Stanze silenziose e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check out. Personale sempre disponibile e cordiale!

Pros:

A very good hotel with excellent, professional, and welcoming staff. The team was always helpful and made us feel very welcome. The property is beautifully maintained, and the room was comfortable, pleasant, and exceptionally clean. We had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return.

Comfortabel en goed gelegen hotel. Perfect om te verpozen na een stadswandeling in het centrum van Lissabon.
Pros:

Kleinschalig en rustig boetiekhotel. Zeer goede ligging vlakbij het castello en de kathedraal Sé. Lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers, zeer comfortabel hotel.

First time in Lisbon and this hotel was perfect. It is so central and close to almost everything.
Pros:

Extremely central…lovely little square almost opposite.
Breakfast was good and staff were good.

Cons:

There was a bit of road noise, but didn’t really impact the stay

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, great location. Highly recommend this hotel
Pros:

The coffee/tea & pastries available throughout the day in living room.
The location was perfect.
The room was ideal. Breakfast was plentiful, great variety.
Staff were welcoming and efficient ( apart from one member)
Welcome note and chololates

Cons:

On arrival, there was no one at reception so we could not check in. I had informed property of approximate arrival time (22.30-23.00). Rang the hotel several times while waiting in lobby. No answer. Finally @23.00 a member of staff strolled down, no apology and checked us in. When we arrived at room the keycard did not work. Back down to reception and again no apology before validating it.
