Pros:

La ubicación, el personal, la limpieza, las instalaciones, todo perfecto.

Cons:

Hay un particular olor a humedad en las habitaciones que sospechamos proviene del lavabo, entiendo que es normal al ser una construcción antigua.

Impossible de laisser ses bagages quelques heures dans l'établissement le jour du départ

Il était impossible de laisser ses bagages à l'hôtel. Or, nous avions pris cette réservation uniquement pour pouvoir visiter les îles de Sa Dragonera à côté, mais l'établissement ne nous a pas permis de laisser nos bagages. Nous n'avons donc pas pu visiter l'île car les horaires des navettes fluviales étant très limitées il n'était pas possible de rentrer avant 13H. Il est très regrettable que l'établissement ne l'ait pas précisé en amont

Pros:

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε ήσυχη περιοχή και άνετο. Μπορεί να μην διαθέτει πάρκινγκ ωστόσο υπάρχει άπλετο στην γύρω περιοχή. Η μεγαλύτερη απόσταση που περπατήσαμε ήταν μαξ 5 λεπτά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ διακριτικό και φιλικό.

Cons:

Ισως να προτιμούσαμε να υπάρχει ψυγειακι μέσα στο δωμάτιο και όχι στο χολ του χώρου.
Σίγουρα καλό θα ήταν αν το επιλέξετε να έχετε νοικιάσει αυτοκίνητο.

Zentral gelegenes Objekt – kein persönlicher Empfang, Zugang per vorab zugesendetem Key. Zimmer ausreichend groß, Bad und Dusche geräumig, kleine Terrasse (nur für Raucher/Wäsche geeignet). Kommunikation im Vorfeld freundlich, schnell und gut.
Gemeinschaftsraum mit Toaster, Kaffeevollautomat, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank in gutem Zustand, sehr sauber, Hausdamen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden, aber oft belegt – Ausweichparkplatz ca. 10 Min. entfernt.

Cons:

Trotz vieler Pluspunkte: starker, unangenehmer Geruch (Fäkalien) im Bad von Zimmer 1 – ein klares No-Go, das die sonst positive Bewertung deutlich trübt.

Perfect location and clean bright room
Pros:

Simple set up, we checked ourselves in with clear instructions. The room was spacious and clean. Thoughtful touches like fridge space in the foyer for each room.

Cons:

Parking was tricky because of the annual festival but we found a spot. I suspect it is usually easier.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 7 giorni e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La stanza era accogliente, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole.
Un aspetto che ci ha colpito particolarmente è stata la pulizia, impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. È raro trovare un ambiente così curato e ordinato, e questo ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole.
Le proprietarie sono state gentili e disponibili durante tutto il soggiorno. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura a chi cerca un posto pulito, tranquillo e ben tenuto. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, la sceglieremmo di nuovo senza esitazione!
