Very good experience with excellent staff on hand to attend to any problems.
Pros:

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and lovely evening meal at the restaurant. Parking.

Cons:

Dated rooms and shabby communal areas. We were informed that the rooms will be updated and modernised in due course which will help to make this hotel one of the best in Llandudno.

First stay in North Wales - Llandudno is beautiful, will return some day.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with free parking at the rear.
Pros:

The main advantage for us was the free parking at the rear of the hotel. It was very easy to check in. The hotel was very quiet. There was lots of space in our room. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Not too far away from the places we wanted to visit.

Cons:

It was a very windy day and night and the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy to the extent that it woke me a few times during the night. We stayed in room 306.

Second time we have stayed there, just as enjoyable as the first.
Pros:

Good breakfast and plenty of choice. The breakfast staff were happy and helpfull. Overall the hotel is relaxing and pleasant . The free car park is a big bonus.

Lovely view directly across from the promenade

Cons:

29° in the room with no air conditioning. Very basic room with a bathroom that looked liked it belonged in a hospital rather than a hotel. Breakfast very greasy. Croissant all gone before 9am and was told they wouldn't cook more.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The location was excellent, right on the seafront, the staff are efficient and friendly and the food is great! Having been during the heat wave it was great to have a fan in the room!

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything we disliked

The location was excellent and the sea view was lovely.
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
A fan was provided in the room (outside temp was very hot during our stay!)
Breakfast was very good and plentiful.
Car park available at rear of hotel.

Cons:

It was a long walk from exiting the lift to the room and involved going both up and down additional short flights of stairs with uneven floors in the corridor - difficult with mobility issues.
The room was a little smaller than we expected from a king room.

Pros:

The receptionist went above and beyond and was so helpful. Parking is obviously subject to availability. Somebody had parked in 2 spaces but she was so amazingly helpful and I can honestly say she is a credit to you xxx Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We came for the 1 night to enable us to scatter my parents ashes so we were emotional at least. She was amazing xx

Our room could do with updating but it was succinct and I was told that the rooms are being renovated in November and we will definitely be back
