The staff were brilliant. Incredibly kind and personable as well as professional. Will consider staying here again in future

Cons:

A little lacking in the way of variety for the breakfast but the cooked breakfast was lovely.

Would probably be a good idea to give the code for the carpark before arrival.

A lovely hotel with restaurant and bar, nothing to much trouble the staff very friendly, professional and well organised,
The food is excellent hot and tasty

Excellent location. We had a sea view room. 5 stars view.

Cons:

When you have lugguages, but need to turn serveral time of stair to the room. Like a maze. Interesting experience.

Really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Esplanade Hotel in Llandudno. The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and a lovely atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Llandudno has to offer.

The beds were really comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep, and the hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our visit and would happily recommend the Esplanade Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a lovely location. We would definitely return.

Not bad but could be better
Pros:

Outside area is really nice the reception and the dining room the same, beds were comfortable room temperature was pleasant. The staff were pleasant especially the Goat staff. Also breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The room we stayed in room 105 looked grubby the window and mirror had fingerprints on them the wall had black greasy looking marks on it, the door has a very large gap along the bottom so the light shone through all night, the carpet in the bedroom was clean but stained the hallway carpet was frayed in places.
