Good value, lovely staff and perfect position for a stay in lovely Llandudno. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location right overlooking the beach and close to the pier.
Nice clean rooms with everything you may need. Extra pillows, clean towels, toiletries, kettle and water and tea/ coffee making facilities.
Free car park at the rear if spaces available on arrival.
Friendly helpful staff.

The heating/air conditioning came on at 1 am. Was unable to switch it off. Did not sleep afterwards.

Lived up to our expectations, and we would go there again.

It was in a great location, everything was clean. The food was really nice and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The pillows could have been firmer. Some uneven floor levels. There were no glasses in the rooms.

Value for money, clean and good for a short stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The staff were quite nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The only issue we had was with the lint on the towels coming off while using.

The property is clean and has a good location. The room only had a side sea view which was not the best, but it was alright.

Cons:

I booked through booking using filters as we had a pet and were travelling with a dog. We were shocked to find out dogs were not allowed and that it’s not a dog friendly hotel. Probably I should have checked the site rather than depend on booking.com filters. But it would have been helpful if there are dog friendly rooms. The dog had a crate and is very friendly. It was very stressful for us as he had to stay in the car in his crate, and I couldn’t cancel the booking. Staff although sympathetic with us, did not allow us any options. If I had known this I would have never booked the hotel. There no way on the app to make a complaint either.

Brilliant staff.

Would stay again but not during half term.
Pros:

Staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was great. location 10/10

Cons:

The room wasnt worth the money we paid. £169 and not even a fridge :(

Wi Fi connection and signal was terrible. Bar area not inviting. Shame you can’t open the bedroom windows wider .
