The hotel and rooms were generally very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The fan in the room doesn't blow any air at all, even on its highest setting. I hope this can be improved.

Pros:

Excellent location, accessible free parking on the road after 4pm. Excellent customer service, friendly desk and bar staff. Room was clean with expected facilities.

Room was hot, small fan was provided which wasn't the best but we took our own which helped.

Pros:

Women on the desk was very rude regarding parking.
Had to park by the barrier and go an retrieve the the code in order for it to open. I paid £179 for a sea view. Room for 1 night, room was dirty, had a peace of wood propping the window open! There were no toiletries, 19inch tv with free view only. No door on the wardrobe. Wall paper peeling off the walls, home made bedside tables. All in all the room was a disaster!! I'd of walked out if it wasn't for my partner.
Better rooms in a travel lodge (FACT)
Never again!

Cons:

The room.... outdated, dirty, wasn't worth the £179 for the 1 night we stayed. Should be ashamed of yourselfs.
