Great price, Friendly staff, comfy bed.
Pros:

Good Price, Friendly welcoming staff, nice room, comfy bed. Tea+ coffee facilities in the room. Tram stop very nearby.

Cons:

Hotel is slightly out of the centre although very accessible and quick on the tram. Shower in room was a bit temperamental. Everything else was great.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Staff very welcoming and friendly

Cons:

The whole hotel was freezing, had a little heater put didn’t want to keep it on through the night so it got really cold in the room and the hot water took 15 minutes to get warm not even hot

Pros:

Really lovely hosts with a warm welcome, really helpful, friendly kind people.
The bedding was so lovely, crisp clean and very comfortable.
Having car space was a real bonus as not that many in Blackpool.
Will definitely use again & so close to the beach front.

Cons:

Ensuite would have been perfect but had key to our own bathroom.

Good price. Clean room. Friendly hosts. No noise. A good old fashion Blackpool guest house.
