Pretty basic stay
Pros:

I got a newly furbished room allocated hence it was nice experience to stay in this hotel for a night but I had to ask for it when checking in.

Cons:

Front Desk couldn't find my booking even though it was pre-paid booking. I went in morning to drop my bags and checked booking status but reception person didn't had it. When I returned in evening to actually check in there, they still didn't find the booking. It was quite a hassle to share booking confirmation email on personal email of hotel staff.

Service is very slow in the restaurant. Given it is relatively at a far away location on highway, hotel cooks food only on order hence it takes them a long time to serve, etc. Staff behaviour is just fine
