The location, food, friendly service and express check in and checkout.

Cons:

No hot water! I called the receptionist and they sent someone who assumed fixed it, still not fixed. Called the second time and they sent a technician, and when we came back to the room after a long day I was really looking forward to the hot shower and still no hot water. In addition, I was trying to call the hotel using their phone number listed on the website and Google, I pressed the correct prompt to get routed to an agent but no one picked up. I would still book it in the future but the two issues I noted should be addressed.

J’avais appeler la réception car un monsieur rester devant ma porte est s’amuser à crier et parler hyper fort à 1h du matin je l’ai indiquer à la réception leur demandant de venir plusieurs fois ils ne l’ont pas fait mon dit qu’il aller régler sa mais rien au final j’ai régler le problème de moi même
