The restaurant was lovely, good pricing etc. Food waa nice. Room waa spotless
Our room wasn't in the main hotel, we were in a different building next door so to go the restaurant or bar we had to swap between buildings. No lift and with suitcases that isn't great. On a main road, lots of traffic. Quite noisy as it was extremely warm and had to leave windows open, which didn't even open that much either.

Noise can be heard from the corridor and through the walls from the neighboring rooms. Our room was poorly soundproofed ,

The woman behind reception that dealt with an incident the next morning was really helpful and pleasant.
On the Friday night of arrival we checked in to our room that should have been a twin as booked. We received a room with a double when sharing a bed was not an option.
The gentleman behind the reception that evening was confrontational and dismissive and clearly did. It want to help the situation. Eventually after a lot of discussion he put me into a room that was used and the guest had checked out that evening after utilising the facilities such as the bed as the sheets and duvet had clearly been used.
Upon complaining about the incident the night before the person behind the desk the next morning apologise ld immediately as she was made aware of the situation and also commented that there was twin rooms available to accommodate us in and could have avoided all of this.
The level of customer service I experienced that Friday night was terrible and maybe the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I was offered a 20% discount from next stay but I live in England and this was a one off circumstantial stay. So the chance I get to use this would be very unlikely.

Exceptional hotel, staff are fabulous from all areas we were well looked after, we asked for a fan while we were at dinner in the restaurant, they went to our room installed it and switched on so when we returned the room was much cooler as temperature outside was 27c , they did check with us 1st though as we had a do not disturb on the door
Private carpark free for residents , hotel very clean bright lots of small details to make it stand out, meals reasonably priced for dinner, breakfast was cooked to perfection very well laid out
Outside they had various spots for sitting in private around the back they were currently working on it improving it

Although the hotel is a little tried looking the staff were like very and the room was spotless. If I had the opportunity, I'd definitely stay again.
My only complaint would be the shower pressure which I understand can't be helped sometimes and the shower screen would not stay shut. That being said there are renovations happening and it would be good to see it all when finished
We booked for work and arrived to a party full of teenagers wandering the carpark, climbing on cars. One actually got in a far to drive and crashed into another parked car. It was utter chaos and very stressful. The lovely man on reception moved us to a room away from the noise
How can you book rooms for people to sleep in whilst holding noisy events that go on until the early hours. We didnt feel safe to leave our vehicle in your setting
We were allowed to change rooms when we discovered that our room was in the top floor and rather hot 🥵 in the June heatwave. The receptionist was very helpful in organising this.
The extended car park and outside area continues to be untidy with junk and litter lying around.
