Cons:

When we order Grab food the pick up point for the rider to leave the food is outside the hotel a distance away. It would be better if the drop off is nearer the hotel entrance

Lovely stay
Pros:

I have stayed here a few times and it has everything you need. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The pool is great and there is the Alamanda Shopping Centre is close by.

Cons:

Checking in time 3.00pm is too late especially if you arrived early and from long flights. The property may be flexible to avoid long waiting

Pros:

30 minutes from the airport so not a bad location for a short stopover. There is a shopping centre nearby and 24hr 7/11 in the same building as the hotel as well as a McDonald’s nearby.

Cons:

Late readiness of the unit despite arrival at 4pm. Supposedly check in ready by 3pm.

The slow water pressure in one of the bathroom. And warm water doesn’t function well.
