The room was spacious but the room seemed to lack amenities. The towels seemed beat up and a bit old. The room 104 was

We didn’t care for a lower corner room. The pool was really small, barely any walkway to pass through to go to our room.

Cons:

The room was nice but they lacked toilet toiletries amenities. The pool was small, the whole area around the pool was tiny, barely any rooms to walk through.

Pros:

Hôtel merveilleux, d’une beauté et propreté merveilleuse.
Personnel jeune et adorable et surtout présent et disponible !!
Chambre parfaite, grande, très propre, pleins de cadeaux à notre arrivée !

Cons:

Si vous venez à pieds le chemin du port est un peu long et surtout une énorme côte vous attendez pour accéder à l’hôtel.
Le reste était génial.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr unkompliziert. Parkplätze waren genügend verfügbar.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ich würde immer wieder hierherkommen.

Séjour agréable mais un peu de déception
Pros:

L'établissement est très bien situé, proche du centre de Parikia
La chambre de notre catégorie était spacieuse, style locale et était conforme aux photos de Booking.

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation (il y a une route principale qui passe devant l'hôtel, non visible sur les photos)
Gros bémol sur le petit dejeuner : il n'y a pas de salle de petit dejeuner, il se prend autour de la piscine (il y a 3 tables de 2) et des transats en plein soleil. Le pdj est tout sauf local, il est entièrement industriel, absolument pas varié (pas de beurre, ni de confiture, choix tres pauvre en boisson, 3 types de thé, bouilloire de thé pas en libre accès...) pas vraiment digne d'un hôtel de ce type.
Les "réceptionnistes" qu'on a plutot l'impression de déranger au petit déjeuner, qui ne disent pas bonjour.
Il y a 6 transats autour de la piscine et quelques poufs, donc si l'hotel est plein, la disponibilité des transats est restreinte, de même que le parking (parfois saturé).

Stunning property and lovely staff. Great pool.
Pros:

Love love love this property. Second time I’ve stayed and still did not disappoint. A little walk to town but always good to walk off the meal and worth it when you get home. What a sanctuary.

Great, loved it, good choice, thank you PAREA, very comfy for a 6 night stay. ❤️

Loved our Welcome, in terms of staff the Front Office Pocket Rocket was exceptional, (sorry I failed on her name), she shouldn’t but did, lug one of our heavy cases up the stairs and showed us to our room. She was the Star of the show in terms of staff 💥
Loved our upstairs spacious, well appointed room, private small balcony but plenty of room for drinks for 2 ❤️ A/C great, beautiful sea and harbour views, good facilities and lovely cleaning lady did a good job. The pool and sun beds were lovely and didn’t need to be huge and the brekky quite delightful by the pool. Loved having a park for our little hire car at PAREA, parking is an issue at a lot of accommodation and certainly in Parikia as with most Greek/Italian towns (IMO)

Cons:

Not a fault of PAREA but it would be good if resorts in the vicinity got on the Council/Shires/Towns case to make it safer to walk to and from waterfront, particularly at night.
A lovely walkable distance other than that ❤️

Rustig, kleinschalig verblijf dichtbij Parikia.
Pros:

We hebben genoten van de rust op de accommodatie en het comfort van de kamer. Het werd erg netjes schoongemaakt en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Er was beperkte parkeerruimte, maar er was in onze ervaring altijd plek. Het is 10 minuutjes wandelen naar de stad en dat was ook goed te doen. We waren over zowel het parkeren als het wandelen wat onzeker naar aanleiding van andere recensies,, maar het viel 100% mee. Ik zou het hotel voor de nabijheid van Parikia zeker aanbevelen.

Cons:

Het was jammer dat je gedurende de dag niks te eten of te snacken kon bestellen aan het zwembad. Dat hebben we wel echt gemist. Het zwembadmeubilair kon ook wel een goede update gebruiken. Een aantal parasols was kapot of niet bestand tegen de Meltemi-wind.
