Das Zimmer War sehr sauber und ideal um dort eine Nacht zu übernachten. Personal beim Check In war sehr freundlich.

Ansich haben wir es nicht wirklich benötigt aber ein Kleiderschrank wäre praktisch gewesen. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren war es aber auch ohne Kleiderschrank sehr schön

Amazing view
Pros:

Everything, super clean and nice, staff is helpful, we have the corner room which has amazing view, spent the whole day inside enjoying the view, rooftop bar was amazing as well.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig
Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Gute Abschirmung des Lärms von den Zügen. Toller Ausblick rund um Innsbruck vom 13. Stock. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider wurde mein Gesamteindruck von diesem Hotel durch gravierende Mängel bei der Sauberkeit massiv gedrückt.

Bei meiner Ankunft musste ich feststellen, dass das Badezimmer unzureichend gereinigt war: Überall fanden sich noch Bartstoppeln des vorherigen Gastes. Besonders unangenehm war, dass eines der angeblich frischen Handtücher ebenfalls voller Stoppeln hing. Das vermittelt stark den Eindruck, dass Handtücher beim Gästewechsel nicht standardmäßig ausgetauscht werden, wenn sie unbenutzt wirken.

Ein solches Erlebnis führt unweigerlich dazu, dass man das Vertrauen verliert und sich fragt, ob der Rest des Zimmers überhaupt richtig sauber gemacht wurde.

​Ein weiterer, kleinerer Kritikpunkt: Die Sitzplätze beim Frühstück sind zwar optisch sehr ansprechend, aber zum Essen schlichtweg unpraktisch. Das liegt vermutlich daran, dass der Bereich eigentlich als Rooftop-Bar konzipiert ist.

Nähe zu Bahnhof. Gepäck gleich abgeben...kurz vor Abfahrt wieder abholen.
Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer aus.
Toller Rundumblick von der roof top bar aus, habe ich leider zu wenig genützt da ich Innsbruck generell erst kennen lernen wollte.
Straßen, Bauwerke, Geschäfte, Lokale.
Stadtplan mit Erklärung des Weges ins Stadtzentrum auch sofort bei Ankuft erhalten.

Sehr eng im Zimmer, sehr kleie Ablage neben Betten:
Handy,
Taschentuch und die
Uhr legt man ab und eine kleine Mineralwasserflache braucht man ,nicht nur bei den derzeitigen Temperaturen, griffbereit. Knapp möglich.

Erinomainen majoituspaikka retkeilyyn Innsbruckin ympäristössä.
Pros:

Erinomainen sijainti rautatieaseman kupeessa. Huoneesta oli hieno seurata junaliikennttä. Äänieristys oli niin hyvä, ettei junien ääniä kuitenkaan kuulunut. Vastaanottovirkailija oli poikkeuksellisen ystävällinen. Aamiainen oli aiva upeassa paikassa 13, kerroksessa. Kokonaisuudessan miellytyvimpiä hotelleita missä olen ollut (useamman sadan joukosta),

Cons:

Aamiaisella olisi voinut olla erikoiskahvien lisäksi aivan tavallistakin kahvia, vaikkapa termarissa.

Great location, right next to the train station, 10 minute walk to the Altstadt and affordably priced with a decent brea
Pros:

It was literally right next to the train station in Innsbruck which was perfect because we took Austrian OBB high speed rail so we needed to be close the train station. Easy check-in. Friendly staff held our luggage while we waited our room to be ready.

Cons:

The room was clean, but it was quite small, and the bathroom was tiny. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, so we had to keep the windows and curtains open at night to cool it down, which unfortunately let in a lot of outside noise.
