Lovely room in a lovely building. Clean, quiet and cool. Staff was so kind and let us check in super early! So helpful and much appreciated.

Location, breakfast

I stayed at Hotel Donna Francesca during my latest trip to Rome, and overall I had a very pleasant experience.

The room was quite small, but it was perfectly suitable for a short city break. The bed was very comfortable, and both the room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the complimentary amenities were a nice touch.

The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is in a very safe, central area, just a few minutes’ walk from Repubblica metro station, with easy access to Rome’s main historical attractions, shopping streets, and restaurants. For the price, it offers excellent value for money.

I also loved the character of the building. Once you enter the main gate, you’re welcomed by a beautiful statue, and there’s another one at the entrance to the hotel itself. It has that classic Roman charm and immediately makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere with history and character.

I also liked their breakfast concept, as it is delivered directly to your room, which was a nice touch. However, I think the hotel could provide clearer guidance during check-in on how the breakfast ordering system works. I had to ask about it on both mornings, and even on my last day I still wasn’t completely sure how it was supposed to work.

On the day of check-out, they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage, which I really appreciated. There isn’t a dedicated luggage room, but they were happy to store my suitcase for a few hours.

My only real downside was that my room was very close to the entrance, so I was disturbed by noise, especially in the mornings, which made it difficult to sleep in.

Overall, despite these minor points, I had a lovely stay. It’s a clean, comfortable hotel with a fantastic location, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Rome.

Very nice. Returned for a second visit. Great breakfast. Room for 5- 2 adults and 3 teens. Liked the location- Quiet street, close to the metro.

The hotel itself was great. Clean, newly renovated comfortable. I'm a safe and secure part of town.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Metro dichtbij. Alles eigenlijk ook op loopafstand. Ook dichtbij Termini, dus als je met de leonardo express komt vanaf het vliegveld ben je er zo.

E' situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione, per cui è comodissimo.
E' situato in un bel palazzo d'epoca ed è pulito e silenzioso, sia di notte che di giorno.

Il s'agit d'un hébergement qui occupe un étage d'un batìment.Ils ont environ 10 chambres dans le total. Pour cela, ils servent le petit-dejeuner dans la chambre. Tout était propre. Ils disposent du thé et du café á volonté, soit dans la chambre, soit dans le couloir. Des biscuits et des noix aussi.

O quarto mesmo que não tão grande é mais do que suficiente para um casal. A limpeza do hotel, educação dos funcionários e o conforto da cama nos deixaram muito confortáveis, tranquilos e satisfeitos.

Localização maravilhosa, ao lado da estação de Metrô Repubblica e 15 minutos da Roma Termini. Rua segura, hotel com limpeza impecável e com um ótimo atendimento. Perto do Coliseu. Eu voltarei a me hospedar com certeza!

Perfect location - possible to walk without public transport to every important place in city. Appartment was clean, equipped with everything important (also minibar, fridge, safe, coffee machine with capsules, iron). Very kind stuff. Breakfast was perfect, you can order till midnight on your preffered time regard your taste. Lift is inside the building.
