Pros:

Perfect location - possible to walk without public transport to every important place in city. Appartment was clean, equipped with everything important (also minibar, fridge, safe, coffee machine with capsules, iron). Very kind stuff. Breakfast was perfect, you can order till midnight on your preffered time regard your taste. Lift is inside the building.

Cons:

I didn't receive even 2 days before arrival any information about check-in, so I wrote message to hotel. Then I received in few hours e-mail with link to online check-in, but again no information how to entry our appartment.
Till 7 PM is receptionist there personally, she will give all the informations. If not, you should receive code of your room to email.

Pros:

El desayuno ha sido excelente, muy buena calidad los productos, la ubicación perfecta y resaltar el uso de productos ecológicos opción super aceptada.

Cons:

solo la incidencia puntual de una noche que el servicio olvidó poner el formulario del desayuno y al otro día amanecimos sin desayuno. Pero se mostraron muy dispuestos a compensar el error muy receptivos y hospitalarios

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut für sämtliche Unternehmungen in Rom. Das Zimmer war sauber, klein, das Bad in Ordnung.

Cons:

Es war uns nicht klar, dass es nur Frühstück im Zimmer gibt, keinen Frühstücksraum, keine Rezeption die immer besetzt ist. In einer Liste hat man angekreuzt, was man zum frühstücken haben möchte. Jedoch, der Kaffee war nicht gut, der Kuchen auch nicht, alles weiter auch Fertig Produkte, nur wenn man den Toast als toasted bestellt hat, kam der auch so.
Auch war es nicht möglich, vor 08.00 Uhr zu frühstücken, das ist nicht in Ordnung, geht doch mancher Ausflug schon früher los.
Tatsächlich stand an der Theke der Rezeption eine Schale mit Bonbons, war jedoch dann leer und wurde nicht wieder gefüllt.

Lovely hotel with great location
Pros:

Breakfast served into the room was just great - it was so nice to start the morning in a peaceful and quite environment before stepping into the hustle and bustle of the city.

Cons:

For self check-in detailed personal information incl passport data and pictures was required - we disliked that due to data security risk and considered the procedure way too heavy especially when the room rate has been paid in advance.

호텔매니저란 사람이 굉장히 퉁명스럽고 친절하지못하였음
프로의 면모가 전혀 없었고 질문이나 요청에 단답하거나 짜증스러워했음 안내도 상세하지 않아서 호텔이용시에 불편을 겪었습니다 또한 9시 이후는 사람이 없어서 체크인을 셀프로 해야하는 점이 불편했습니다
