Enjoyed my stay! Would definitely book again, great staff/

Clean rooms, beds and bathroom is very nice. Good amount of towels, got free breakfast the last day of our stay & it was a nice variety of food. Would definitely book again. You can tell the employees that cleaned the rooms take pride in their work. Front desk staff was nice and there were at least 4 different front desk employees I saw during my stay.

Cons:

Elevator, there were 2 next to each other. 1 was down but it was slow rather had took the steps to the 4th floor than keep waiting. If the elevators get fixed I would give it a perfect 10.

Close to airport. Lyft to airport was convenient.

Cons:

Our air conditioner was broken but maintenance did come fix it promptly. Large live cockroach in our room on top of the AC. Second half of the front desk staff wasn’t very nice when I went to reserve the Lyft to the airport and wasn’t very nice when I called from the airport for a ride back. Was told ahead of time after 2 calls to double check that there was free parking while we flew out and front desk informed me the morning of our flight that they didn’t do that. They did agree to let us keep our car there with them having no liability.

We had a short stay overnight. I was very satisfied!!

The front desk staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. There was really good water pressure in the rain shower head.

Girl at front desk with all the tattoos acted like I was inconveniencing her to check me, front desk was usually empty and no one around. Only 1 elevator was working.

TV kept loosing signal. Sucked while I was trying to watch the World Cup. Missed the ending of both games

I wouldn't stay here again!
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. The outside was nice.

Cons:

The room had a bad odor from the ac, the elevators were creepy.
I had to rig a towel in the bathroom door handle to keep it shut.
When I went to get coffee at 5:15 am, the coffee was old and cold. I microwaved it. The next day, I went to Starbucks.
Beds are uncomfortable.
