Pros:

Very nice place.
Very clean and inviting

Cons:

No parking, and didn’t have any bottled water in the room as part of our stay, we had to pay for the water from the mini bar.

Excellent professional friendly staff and a beautiful hotel suite
Pros:

The lady at reception was very helpful and solved any problems that we had swiftly and she was just lovely

Cons:

It was a Saturday night and the noise from people racing cars and shouting woke me at 3am but you’re in a city that’s very lively so to be expected really

Style over substance - disappointing.
Pros:

Stylish, but sadly, all style over substance. The appearance is generally good, but the small rooms are not well-designed, there’s no seating, and the ergonomics are poor (especially the basin and shower); and the lighting and air-con are just annoying - the delivery is just not well thought through. Breakfast delivery is cute, but the content is a little weird (orange squash!?), and some rooms open straight out onto the lift lobby. Staff are not very visible, unless they are blocking the lift with their cleaning stuff…oh dear.

Amazing hotel - modern, clean, friendly and always there to help
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely lovely and they have an arrangement for you to contact them at any time via WhatsApp and send a welcome message to get you started. They always make you feel so looked after and are ready to help with anything. It’s why we keep coming back.

Hotel rooms are modern, clean and comfortable and I always feel like I’m in a mini second home.

My only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the breakfast. It’s continental and not fresh - packets of long life croissants and breakfast bars. Whilst they do their best to cater for allergies or intolerances, it’s not the healthiest start to the day and I always have to take breakfast elsewhere. If I could have rated them as 4.8/5 I would have done.

Would have got the same at a travel lodge.
Pros:

Very central. Room clean.

Cons:

Only quiet between 11pm and 6am. Breakfast delivered to the room in a nice basket, but no table to eat it on. Being charged £1.20 for the credit card deposit on arrival was cheeky (even if the confirming email DID say this would happen).

Pros:

Comfy beds

Cons:

No teabags or coffee despite having the kettle and coffee machine there, along with milk. This was the only disappointment
