Nice spacious room
Room had not been cleaned recently, mould build up in the shower. Dirty carpets and not been hoovered or mopped clearly.

The room was very small and extremely dark. No one answered reception in the morning as we had no milk in our room for breakfast drinks.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far below the standard we expected. The television in our room did not work throughout our stay, the room had an unpleasant smell, and housekeeping failed to refresh our room or provide fresh towels. We were also never provided with complimentary bottled water, which was a basic amenity we expected.
To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful whenever we raised our concerns. On one occasion, a member of staff appeared to be behaving in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, which was particularly worrying. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and lack of attention to guests made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

I had hoped to recommend your hotel, but unfortunately my experience has left me feeling compelled to share an honest review to raise awareness for others unless this matter is addressed appropriately.
