Pros:

La chambre était bien entretenue, avec une excellente climatisation et une salle de bain impeccable. Après une journée passée au bord de la mer, c'était l'endroit parfait pour se détendre.

Good homestay and big room but terrible check in procedure that took me 2 hours before wifi password given.
Pros:

Kitchen availability and super comfortable bed, big room.

Cons:

Gave a 1 hr notice of what time I’d arrive and then another 15 minute notice of my arrival time. Still no one was there to greet me and I was made to wait another 20 minutes in foyer. Someone eventually came and didn’t bring a portable card payment machine and just assumed I’d pay cash. No I’m paying card I said. So then she said she’d return in 10 minutes with a machine but never did. 2 hours later still hadn’t returned and I had no wifi as she wouldn’t give me the password til I paid so I went back to lobby to use free wifi and asked why she hasn’t arrived then got me to find a room on level 6 to pay there. My card didn’t allow lift access to level 6 only to my level up higher or the ground lobby level. So I had to go back up to my level and walk down the emergency stairs til I reached level 6, then find the room and then pay by card before finally getting the wifi password which she didn’t give me but rather just stored into my phone that she asked me to pass to her. The text message sent said 3% surcharge if paid by card, but when I got to room they changed it to 5%. I would’ve walked down street and got cash out if I knew it’d be 5% as on a weeks stay that was a high extra fee charged. I said here’s proof it says 3%, she refused to accept it and wouldn’t let me get wifi password til I paid the 5%. I got so mad as the check in procedure now had taken over 2hours!!! Terrible system in place!!! I got so annoyed I just said charge whatever you like rip off the tourist. And left. Wouldn’t stay there again based on TERRIBLE check in procedure! But the room itself was fine although further from the beach than the pictures show as it’s a block back and down a lane way. I had a bit of wifi but used it up on the transport taken during the day and getting taxis and buses sorted during the day, hence needing hotel wifi in the afternoon at 4pm.

Nice apartament
Pros:

Great location, beautiful sea view, and a spacious apartment, just a few steps to the beach. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

Cons:

Cleanliness needs improvement, dirty bathroom and glass surfaces, there were ants in the apartment. After reporting the problem someone came to spray them. Kitchen is completely useless, apartment for 4 people, inside there is one glass, one plate...

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, decor tối giản nhìn rất dễ chịu.
Pros:

Vừa có chuyến đi Quy Nhơn 3 ngày 2 đêm và ở đây cực kỳ ưng ý. Khách sạn nằm ngay gần biển, đi bộ vài bước là ra tới nơi rồi.

- 1 PN không dùng được, hỏng cửa, sơn đen ÁM NHƯ PHÒNG MA;
- Máy giặt hỏng;
- Gió đập làm tấm chắn (hỏng) máy giặt, cục nóng điều hòa kêu to khó ngủ;
- Phòng rất bẩn, 2 gối mầu xanh còn vướng nhiều tóc, lông khách cũ....
So với các căn hộ mình đã ở nhiều nơi thì rất thất vọng.
