The room was filthy there was mold on all the wall visible stains on the curtains and the room is the size of a match box. When the hilton is up the road and cost slightly more I would never come here again

La chambre : Très correcte et bien équipée (serviettes, produits de douche, plateau de courtoisie avec thé et café). Nous étions au tout dernier étage (demandé par nous-mêmes). Pas d'ascenseur, mais nous le savions et cela ne nous a posé aucun problème. Le service : Personnel très accueillant ! On nous a fourni deux adaptateurs pour les prises et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en consigne pendant notre balade. La localisation : Idéale ! C'est un quartier très calme et charmant, juste en face d'un beau square. Très proche de la gare de Paddington et de la station de métro (transports super pratiques).

Bed was clean.
Booked a Single room with bathroom. Thing is the bathroom was a couple flights up the stairs lol. It was private but come on, room was so small I couldn't even fully open the door and honestly it was pretty old and nasty. Door lock wasn't really fit for purpose and I’ve stayed in bigger squats in my yoot. Bit grim really. Staff were nice and location is good, thank goodness I just needed somewhere to kip for 6 hours.
The bed the Wi-Fi and the staff was lovely and kind
Some bits of the bedroom was run down a little bit especially the light switch wasnt connected properly with wires slightly sticking out

The hotel wasn't clean, it smelt of old people. The rooms are up a lot of stairs. The room was dirty, no aircon. The shower would only fit a child in and didn't work properly.
Location to Paddington Station is great.
The bathroom is so small. The shower was weak and we struggled to get hot water.
The TV didn't work easily.
We booked a quad room, so expected it to be small, but it really was cramped. Fun with the family though!
Warning to all travellers.
I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this hotel.
My laptop worth approximately €2,000 and all of my personal savings were stolen from my locked room. The only people who had access to the room key were myself and the hotel administration.
Immediately after discovering the theft, I contacted the hotel management and submitted a formal complaint, expecting cooperation and responsibility. Unfortunately, instead of receiving proper assistance, I was given unclear answers, excuses, and promises that were never fulfilled.
I was told that the CCTV footage would be reviewed, but later I received different explanations and no transparent solution was provided.
The most disappointing part was not only the loss of my belongings, but the complete lack of responsibility and support from the hotel when I needed it the most.
I am sharing my experience to warn other travellers and help them make an informed decision before trusting this hotel with their safety and valuable belongings.
I will continue to pursue this matter through all available official and legal channels.
Please be extremely careful when choosing this hotel
