Great location with good attention to detail and spectacular staff and breakfasts!
Pros:

Valet parking, excellent staff and attention to details. Bed was comfy and the room was modern and very clean. Breakfast was the best we had in our 2 weeks in Ireland. Drawing room was very comfortable for evening drinks & cheese platter and in the morning for breakfast.

Cons:

We were on the top floor and the ceiling is sloped. Not too bad for us but for taller people it could be inconvenient.

Comfortable and clean with lovely staff!
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff! Comfortable & clean room and bathroom. Loved having a bathtub—so nice to relax in after all the walking & hiking of the previous week! Also loved the elevator for getting suitcases down from the room, and the private parking for guest cars.

You DON’t get what you pay for
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, three people were standing just inside the door to greet us when we arrived, and they were all so happy and smiling. So eager to help. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Clearly this hotel is going for style & aesthetic. Their designers failed to consider guests’ safety & comfort by installing a TV on the wall in front of the bed. The room is so small and jammed with stuff. We had to arch our bodies to the side, leaning over the bed to make sure we didn’t run into the TV. This irked me so much.

-Heritage room 6 is NOT 200 sq ft. like the description says on booking.com. Ask NOT to stay in this room.
-There is no tub, like the description says on booking.com. (Not that I need a tub. I’m more concerned with the accuracy.)
-No chocolates, like the description says on booking.com. (Not that I need chocolates. I’m more concerned with the accuracy.)

A special stay in Belfast
Pros:

We were upgraded to The Garden Suite on arrival which was amazing and we really enjoyed the enclosed patio area with the gas burner. Enjoyed having the breakfast delivered to our room. All the staff were outstanding and couldn't be more helpful. Lovely cosy bar. Location is close to the university and botanical gardens with a good choice of restaurants nearby. Valet parking service was great option for us.

Cons:

Whilst the breakfast menu was exceptional, for our personal taste, we would have appreciated a few plainer options such as fresh fruit, cereals and toast. The staff did their best to accommodate us though.
