Perfect in every detail with outstanding staff and customer service.
Pros:

Undoubtedly the finest hotel and suite accommodation in Belfast and possibly Ireland , certainly better than any other Irish city.

Stunning hotel with relaxed but stylish vibe. Ideally located for checking out Belfast.
Pros:

Stunning renovation with great vibe. Staff very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Must check out the amazing breakfast pancakes!

Amazing experience!
Pros:

Wonderful property with amazing staff. Everything you could want is provided. It's within easy walking distance of restaurants, on a quiet street with a park right across from the hotel. The bar was quiet and well stocked. The hotel breakfast was so good! We only wish we could have stayed longer. This was the best hotel experience of our trip through Dublin, Belfast, and Derry/Londonderry.

Pros:

I've never stayed in a hotel quite like this before. From the second we got out of the car, we were treated so incredibly well. Someone was there to park our car and help us with our bags, and from that moment on, the service was exceptional.

The attention to detail was amazing, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I've never come across so many friendly and welcoming people in one place.

A special shout-out to Max – his customer service was absolutely outstanding. And of course, not forgetting Hannah and Owen, who were also fantastic.

Everything was spotless, clean, and beautifully maintained. We have literally just checked out and have already rebooked our next stay. That says it all!

Thank you for such an incredible experience – we can't wait to come back.

Unrivalled and exceptional
Pros:

Unrivalled, relaxed Customer Service , the interaction and interest the Team all took in ensuring our stay was first class was noticeable. Every single member of the Hotel Team was welcoming, knowledgeable and fantastic to converse with. The cuisine, the finish and quality of materials used in the hotel, dishes eaten was excellent.

Stunning boutique hotel with excellent attention to detail and delicious breakfast
Pros:

Superb hotel - incredible attention to details. Lovely toiletries. Amazing breakfast. Staff are absolutely fantastic. Loved the valet parking touch.

Cons:

Very few things - shame that the plugs don’t have a USB port so make sure you’ve packed a plug. Room didn’t have a kettle but as soon as we asked for one, they delivered straight away.

From we stepped into the beautiful surroundings we were welcomed like friends!
Pros:

The small team of staff at this hotel are by far the nicest I have met in any hotel, anywhere! Friendly, knowledgeable, with a real welcoming nature and a can do attitude!

Cons:

The room was quite small but the rest of the facilities outweighed this

Pros:

Pros:

Lovely staff, love the rooms and the design. Third time staying. Over Christmas we stayed in one of the suites with Christmas tree and it was amazing!

Cons:

This time around v small double bed, but still lovely decoration.

10/10 Fantastic Hotel.
Pros:

Amazing staff, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Beautiful room, breakfast was superb! Bed was very comfy, great nights sleep....fantastic shower! Hotel is immaculate.
