Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Wir wurden extrem freundlich empfangen und während des ganzen Aufenthalt super betreut.
Das Frühstück ist aussergewöhnlich gut und alles frisch gemacht und serviert. In Sachen Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst.
Die Lage ist recht zentral und trotzdem ruhig an einem Park. Bus in die Innenstadt ist zwei Minuten entfernt und die Fahrt dauert 8 Minuten.
Und auf die Empfehlungen des Personals kann man sich verlassen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Leider waren wir Montag und Dienstag da und das Restaurant war geschlossen. Wir hätten gerne dort gegessen.

The best breakfast and accommodations!!

I've never stayed in a hotel quite like this before. From the second we got out of the car, we were treated so incredibly well. Someone was there to park our car and help us with our bags, and from that moment on, the service was exceptional.

The attention to detail was amazing, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I've never come across so many friendly and welcoming people in one place.

A special shout-out to Max – his customer service was absolutely outstanding. And of course, not forgetting Hannah and Owen, who were also fantastic.

Everything was spotless, clean, and beautifully maintained. We have literally just checked out and have already rebooked our next stay. That says it all!

Thank you for such an incredible experience – we can't wait to come back.

Amazing experience!
Pros:

Wonderful property with amazing staff. Everything you could want is provided. It's within easy walking distance of restaurants, on a quiet street with a park right across from the hotel. The bar was quiet and well stocked. The hotel breakfast was so good! We only wish we could have stayed longer. This was the best hotel experience of our trip through Dublin, Belfast, and Derry/Londonderry.

Unrivalled and exceptional
Pros:

Unrivalled, relaxed Customer Service , the interaction and interest the Team all took in ensuring our stay was first class was noticeable. Every single member of the Hotel Team was welcoming, knowledgeable and fantastic to converse with. The cuisine, the finish and quality of materials used in the hotel, dishes eaten was excellent.
