Pros:

Sehr hübsche Zimmer mit Blick.
Besonders schön finde ich immer das kleine Chaiselongue am Fenster in den Candeo Hotels.

Schöner Onsen.
Nur Schade, dass die Scheiben verklebt waren, so dass man keine Sicht hatte.

Frühstücksbüffet ist auch sehr gut und mit großer Auswahl an nicht japanischem Essen.

良かったです。
Pros:

駅直結でとても便利でした。
受付が13階で景色も良かったです。

Cons:

お客さんが多いからか、エレベーターが時間かかりました。他のホテルと比べたらちょっと待ちます。

Pros:

チェックアウトのシステムが簡単で良かった。

Cons:

どうしようもないとは思うけど、スパのお風呂が塩素臭かった事が残念。また温度も低く、ヤダなって思ったのは個別の洗い場でのアンモニア臭。色んな人が使う場所だから、どうしようもないとは思ってます。

カンデオ宇都宮さん、グッジョブ！
Pros:

１．駅からのアクセスが良い。
２．部屋がとても清潔で、無駄のないしつらえが良かった。部屋ごとの入り口のマークが異なるのも面白い。
３．スタッフの皆さんの応対が良い。親切で、受け答えが温かい。
４．展望露天風呂が良かった。疲れが取れた。

Cons:

１．ラウンジバーの赤ワイン、もう少し飲みたかったのですが…。補充は難しいですか？　沢山召し上がる方もいらっしゃるようで、お互い、『程よき折に「ではこれで…」』という感じで過ごしたいものだと思いました。（笑）

Pros:

自分で必要なアメニティをフロントで選んで持って行くシステムは良い
屋上展望風呂はサウナがあり、朝食は美味しかった

Cons:

喫煙室はフロントのある13階と最上階の14階にしかないので、喫煙者は14階がおすすめ
