Pros:

The onsen is nice, with a wood sauna and with indoor and outdoor baths as well as a cold bath for after the sauna. Outdoor area is enclosed so you really have to look up to remember that you're outdoors, but it's nice either way. Room was a nice size.

Cons:

There are confusing mixed messages about tattoos in the onsen - one sign says nobody with tattoos may enter; another says you can enter as long as you can cover the tattoos up, and then a third sign says you can enter with tattoos between 12-2am only. Just to be on the safe side I covered my tattoos and I only entered during the 12-2am hours; I suspect if you can cover them up you will be fine any time though. But it might be nice to clarify what the rules are.

This is common to many small Japanese business hotel rooms but I wish these things would be improved: (1) put a hook or two in the bathroom to hang a hand/face towel! (2) include an extra small towel for the guest to wipe the counter without having to use the same towel they wipe their face with! (3) toilet and bathtub/shower should not be so close together. I'm going to start putting this in all my reviews and the first business hotel that starts addressing these things can use it in their publicity :)

家人訂房時，由於兩間房間要求不同，所以分開兩張訂單，但姓氏及名稱 前後掉轉，check in時酒店接待處回覆並沒有訂房，家人感到驚訝 之後由酒店接待處 另一位員工Ms UNO M.細心協助客完成check-in

Hotel très bien situé
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé, pré de la station de bus (zone avec pleins de boutique et de restaurant) et d'une grande rue commerçante. On était à moins de 20 minutes du château de Kumamoto à pieds.
Il y avait un onsen, très agréable.
Les parties communes sentaient toujours très bons.

Cons:

La moquette était pleine de taches.
Et la baignoire n'était pas très propre. Du coup on ne l'a pas utilisée, car on allait se laver dans les bains publics.

Pros:

3人での旅でしたが、よくあるツインにひとつはエキストラベッドという部屋ではなく、トリプルベット常備でゆったりした広さのある部屋でとても良かったです。

Cons:

車の出し入れに時間がかかってなかなか出発できないのが困った。また朝も7:00より早くは出し入れができないのでせめて6:30には出発できるようになればいいなとおもう。
