Pros:

Very central location near shops and restaurants. When I booked it was great value for money

Cons:

The bathroom did have a bit of mould in it around tapware and bathtub. So did the washing machine around the rubber seal. The dryer took a long time to dry our clothes and a lot of $$

要住這裡請三思
連續住宿依照櫃檯指示在電視選擇打掃類型，選了更換毛巾的選項。
打掃當天我們出門一整天回到飯店們居然是開的，打掃人員用門內的鎖卡住門就忘記這件事了。
我們房間就直接大開了一整天，
跟櫃檯人員反應也只是回答整理人員忘了⋯
真的是非常不安全的一間飯店。
如果你要帶什麼貴重的東西去，非常不推薦這間飯店。

非常方便又舒適的住宿選擇
Pros:

1. 飯店位置很好，就在熱鬧的商店街附近卻不會很吵，鄰近的超商很多很方便
2. 房間比預期的大，雙人房空間很足夠，攤開行李箱後也不會覺得擁擠
3. 公共SPA很舒適且乾淨
4. 可以透過房內電視系統知道飯店各項資訊、知道SPA擁擠程度及預約隔日打掃，非常方便
5. 飯店內部電梯很多，並且上下樓都都有指示燈，等電梯很方便且快速

Cons:

1. 衛浴不是乾濕分離，空間稍微小了一點
2. 房間內的空調有時候會有一點吵

Pros:

The sky bath was spectacular. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Location was exceptional. Extremely close to Kumamoto Castle and an abundance of restaurants.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacklustre. Not a lot of variety and coffee was not great either. Would recommend going downstairs to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.

リーズナブルで、快適な一晩でした。
Pros:

便利な立地にあるホテルは、新しくて清潔で快適でした。12階のスパは、温泉ではありませんが露天風呂やサウナもあり、とても楽しめました。朝食は45分間の交代制でしたが、十分お腹いっぱい食べらめたので、満足でした。だご汁やだしカレーが美味しかったです。是非また泊まりたいです。

Sehr stilvolle Einrichtung. Sehr guter Gepäckservice (wir konnten für eine 2-Tages-Reise durch Kyushu unseren großen Koffer für eine Nacht - bis zum 2. Check-in - im Hotel lassen). Die Aussicht vom Speisesaal.

Cons:

Waschmaschine & Trockner: nur 1 von 2 Geräten funktioniert (6. Stock), Waschtarif war normal (300¥). Der Preis für Trockner war mit 100¥ pro 10 Minuten eher teuer bzw. umständlich (nur 100¥-Münzen!), verglichen mit zahlreichen vergleichbaren Hotels in Japan. Aber: Zahlung mit unbekannter App theoretisch möglich.
