Probably one of the Best hotel in Kumamoto!
Pros:

Good location near Shimotori arcade and Sakuramachi bus terminal. Very nice hotel.

まあまあだった。
Pros:

1番動きやすい場所で、良かったです。

Cons:

枕カバーや、室内着など、テレビで、操作する内容の説明が全然無くて、連泊をしたのですが、実に不自由でした。シーツ交換もしていなくて、嫌だった。

Cons:

清掃が行き届いてない。スタッフの対応。案内された部屋が前の宿泊者が利用したままの未清掃。次に案内された部屋も追加料金払ったのに希望と違う。3回目の案内された部屋も違う。

Very comfortable design hotel
Pros:

Comfortable room with more space than what is the standard in Japan. Very nice design and we loved the morning piano song🙂
The hotel top floor spa is really nice with a view of the city.

Cons:

The fridge in our room wasn't working, but we could use the fridge at the reception

Pros:

This hotel is excellent!
The service was fantastic, room was modern and incredibly spacious, the onsen was extremely clean with indoor and outdoor pool. And to top it all , its minutes away from shopping street yet extremely quiet and peaceful inside. Its also within walking distance from top attractions.

非常值得選擇，要不是熊本已經玩了四天，不然我覺得一直住這裡很好
Pros:

交通位置電車下來走路4分鐘就到，抵達巴士總站也很近，門口出去就是上下通商店街，完全的便利以及美食嗎很多，飯店很大樓上Spa很舒服，我只能說120分了吧，有機會再來熊本我一定選這間。
