Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful. We asked for a firmer pillow, and they kindly provided one.

One thing that was a little confusing was breakfast. At check-in, we were asked to choose a specific time slot for breakfast. We didn’t want to commit to a particular time, so we said we weren’t sure. They told us we should specify a time on the following days, but no one asked us again and we ended up having breakfast whenever it suited us, which worked out well.

The laundry is coin-operated, with only one washing machine and one dryer. The gym was alright. The pool is very shallow and can get quite busy, so it’s more suitable for cooling down than actually swimming.

The bar was quiet and relaxing, and a nice place to cool down and have a drink. The hotel is also close to the train station, with several bus stops nearby, which is very handy for getting around Tainan.

Overall, we had a good and comfortable stay.

印象深刻的是大廳人員隨時注意旅客需求，會安排服務跟引導，幫忙叫車也都會陪同到外面上車為止

硬體設備充足、完善，早餐美味好吃，服務人員專業親切，令人願意回訪。
Pros:

飯店地點鄰近火車站、新天地和大遠百威秀，附近也有許多超商和各式餐廳，其中涵蓋了早午餐、台式、義式、美式和日式⋯⋯等不同類型。

房間大小比照片還大上一些，裝潢風格簡約溫暖且環境整潔，插座和置物空間充足。電視載有 YouTube 和 Netflix（Netflix為手機操作），搭配房間的 Wifi 速度使用無虞。另有冰箱、冷水壺、電熱水壺和膠囊咖啡機，飯店提供的零嘴也相當好吃。

衛、浴分離，熱水來的速度即時，不論蓮蓬頭或浴缸的給水量均相當充足，並備有洗髮乳和沐浴乳；廁所為免治馬桶，備有洗手乳和 Panasonic 吹風機，風量足夠。

早餐在一樓的餐廳，採自助形式，有中、台、日、美式餐點，新鮮且美味。

特別想稱讚的一點，是飯店以冷水壺搭配各樓層的飲水機為旅客提供飲用水，真正解決了以寶特瓶提供飲用水所產生的環保和水量（喝完得去櫃檯要水）問題。

Cons:

在傍晚時會有來自樓上（健身房和泳池樓層）使用者所產生的振動噪音，聲響不大，只是相對其他時間良好的隔音效果較為突兀。
