Good stay overall
Pros:

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. I'm not a fan of glass bathrooms so I appreciated the curtain around the tub. The location was close to the main Tainan station and there are many shops nearby.

Cons:

There are some small details that could be improved. It would be nice to have one actual chair in the room. Checking in was a little awkward; the concierge directed me to the computer check in station, which was ok once I set it to English, but then it didn't include the Wifi password on the receipt, nor was it written down in the room. I called down and asked but the desk agent got confused about the numbers in English so I ended up going down in person with pen and paper to get the password. Also, there was a lot of perfume in the lobby and I found it off-putting. Grand Banyan Hotel had a strange vibe of aspiring to 4 or 5 star service but then not actually anticipating guests' needs.

早餐我覺得牛肉湯還好沒有很驚艷，但有納豆可以供拿取蠻特別的，吃完早餐還能外帶一杯小小咖啡。浴缸很大很舒服可以兩人一起泡澡！有Netflix、Yt 可以看。

Great experience
Pros:

The hotel is very new. Nicely decorated and renovated with 5 star standard. I will consider it for my next trip there in future.

Cons:

It’s good to provide laundry service at rooftop ( washer and drier at low costs). But it could be better to provide detergent for free ( though we bought the capsule at $20 NTD there) since it is cheap and none of the travelers could bring their own ones.

Pros:

在赤崁樓附近，離市區很近，附近的飲食選擇也很多，交通方便。飯店的環境整潔舒適，房間寬敞明亮而且維護得很乾淨，頂樓還有小型健身房和游泳池可免費使用。住客可以免費停車，省去找車位的困擾。工作人員都很親切，服務很好。整體而言非常推薦，以後會想再訪。
