Beautiful hotel with a very spacious room and nice facilities. Car parking is pricey.
Pros:

The hotel is in lovely condition and decorated beautifully. Lovely spacious rooms.

Cons:

I was surprised at the extra charges for both parking and use of the spa as a guest of a hotel.

I question the price I paid ..
Pros:

The entrance coming into the hotel gives the feel of a luxury hotel.. like the style and look for the hotel

Cons:

When getting to the room.. first look was nice but more time your in the room you start seeing lack of attention.. celling lamp with random bulbs and unfinished, bathroom wall .. rush job on the paint that you can see roller marks . Fire alarm going off at around 8am that there was no reason and also when asking staff at reception why this fire alarm went off .. they where not aware and came across they trying to blame the venue next door when I had flashing red lights and very loud fire going off for 5 minutes in my room..

Lovely stay for one night
Pros:

The hotel had a lovely calming feel to it and everyone was very engaging and polite. We wanted something in the city centre by the cathedral. This ticked all the boxes. The room was flawless and decorated beautifully. We used the spa, its great price for other places in the southwest and the staff were wonderful!

Cons:

Nothing

Very good hotel in a perfect city centre location
Pros:

Really nice hotel right in the middle of the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean with very useful mini fridge. The bathroom was great and included a large rainfall shower.

Cons:

The room itself was clean and tidy but underneath the bed could definitely have done with being cleaned. One of the things under there was a latex glove, which sets the mind racing about what that was used for.
