Stylish decor. Really convenient location for exploring Exeter.
Comfortable and quiet room. I would definitely use again if we go to Exeter overnight.
We were sorry the roof bar closed at 9 as we would like to have had a view of the Cathedral lit up.

The staff in both the hotel and spa were very helpful,friendly but professional.The location was fantastic and was within walking distance of everything. Amazing city view from our room.
The lights in our room were in an odd position which meant lighting wasn't great in some areas of the room.
The bathroom is quite small and could have been more updated and cleaner for a top floor room.

The balcony was a bit tatty, the bathroom sink was blocked didn’t drain away for ages.
In the bar they’d run out of a few items eg soda, Prosecco

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the cathedral and shops, and I loved the rooftop bar.

The rooms were beautiful but dirty. The breakfast was inedible.
The location was great. Maybe the best hotel location for city center. The breakfast was excellent for a 4 star hotel. Comfortable rooms. Very pleasant staff.
The approach by car is difficult although we could manage with small laggages to get to our rental. People with heavy luggage’s cannot approach the closest taxi point that even the pickup appointment.
Location is excellent, right in the middle of Exeter’s shopping area and decor was lovely.
Every bedroom and hallway door is hinged to bang! All night and morning was constant door bangs. Breakfast looked good initially but everything, once you bit into it, you could tell was pre cooked & reheated, chewy & cold. Staff tried their best but couldn’t make up for the shortcomings.
