Very helpful staff. Excellent location with beautiful & clean room .
Pros:

It’s always clean . My towels were changed everyday and the room got cleaned upon request. My room was huge. I loved how we could collect all the amenities from downstairs including green tea . Thank you .

Cons:

Nothung. Everything was perfect .

自宅よりもよく眠れました！

フロント近くなどに挽きたてのコーヒーが飲める機械があるかドリップ式のインスタントコーヒーがあったら最高！だと思いました。贅沢な要望ですが。

自分時間を過ごした
Pros:

・朝食が美味しかった。少し時間をずらしたのでのんびりとした時間を過ごせた。デトックス水があり嬉しかった。
・地下鉄4番出口の目の前だったのでホテルまで長く歩かなくて良かった。

Pros:

一人で2泊の宿泊でしたが部屋は清潔
翌日のタオルやバスマットの交換の際にごみ袋の追加も入っていて細かい心くばりでした　就寝の時に天井のライトは消えるようにして足元灯の方が有難いですが…
ホテルを出た目の前が地下鉄の駅入口は嬉しいです　すすきの駅までも近いですし
利便性は最高です
お陰様で良い旅行になりました
フロントの方々のご挨拶はいつも気持ちが良かったです　ありがとうございました

My favorite hotel chain in Japan
Pros:

You're just in front of the train station and walking distance to the airport bus stop.
Value for money since I was able to book it early for 3 pax.
If given the chance, I will book my hotel at Sotetsu Fresa.
Had the chance to book at Osaka Namba before and it was so convenient cause you're just across the train station to Kansai airport.

Cons:

Small trash cans inside the room and instructions to have them picked up is a bit confusing.
Since we're 3 inside, trash can quickly pile up.
Hope they have regular schedule or a place to have them removed from our room daily.
So far everyrthing is convenient.
