Pros:

The location is perfect. Near Susukino but in the quieter area. Complete amenities, even they provide face mask for free. The room is clean.

The room is bit small for 2 medium luggages but still managable.

Good location close to combinis and shopping area, comfortable bed and clean room, the water from the wash room is very clean that it made our hair and face very smooth for 15 days.

พนักงานน่ารัก อาหารดี ถือว่าคุ้มค่่าที่ห้องกว้าง อาหารดีมาก ทำเลดีมาก มีบริการรถรับส่งจาก sapporo station ด้วย

Cons:

ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด เหมือนเจอเศษขยะเล็กๆมุมห้อง ออนเซ็นมีตะกอน อาจจะเพราะคนใช้เยอะ

For me, Sotetsu is a brand that saves me a lot of time because I don't need to worry about location
Pros:

Been to Sotetsu Myeong-dong, Osaka, Sapporo and Nagoya. You can tell Sotetsu has seriously done their calculation and research on factors such as distance to subway train, what the neighbourhood is like, what meal options are available nearby and etc

Cons:

Quality of toilet paper, the poor-quality toilet paper does not align with Sotetsu brand

A step closer to perfect score if willing to provide decent quality toilet paper
Pros:

Just like Sotetsu Namba Osaka; when I step out of main entrance, within 10 steps I can go down to subway train
Some decent eateries around the neighbourhood, Sotetsu location is a competitive advantage
The room I stayed has a table with 2 chairs; I can have meals in room if wanting take-away, I can do work or have meeting comfortably

Cons:

quality of toilet paper; the poor-quality toilet paper does not align with Sotetsu brand
