Good hotel, impersonal check in.
Pros:

Room and locality very good. Breakfast included was very good.

Cons:

Check in process was very impersonal. Hotel customers, especially tourists enjoy the face to face smiling contact of a receptionist, not someone talking over your shoulder to tell you how to use a screen. 3 staff, 3 check in machines, a face to face counter would be so much more welcoming.

Pros:

Good location at susukino. Very close to two stations.
Easy self check in and out.
You can self lock your luggage with an IC Card (passmo, suica etc.) Or get a temporary card from staff.
Great stay overall, didn't get the breakfast.

また利用したいです。
Pros:

とても清潔でした。全体的に新しく、また、パジャマのサービスがあったところが出張の荷物を少なくできとてもうれしかったです。次回もまた利用したいです。

Cons:

ファブリーズが効果なかったです。備え付けでなくていいので、ズボンプレッサー（アイロンがベター）があればうれしいです。

Great for a business trip
Pros:

Clean, new, comfortable, located just next to a subway station, but quiet despite being in Susukino. There is an automated luggage room where you can leave your stuff before check-in. A few weeks later after my stay, I contacted the staff with a request regarding the receipts and they were very quick to help.

Cons:

The room was small. For me it was not an issue whatsoever. This is a business hotel. But it might be a bit too tight for people with a lot of luggage.
