Restaurant staffs are so kind.

Serene stay by the lagoon, with room for improvement.
Pros:

Had a lovely stay surrounded by a beautiful lagoon — boating almost every day was a highlight! The ambience is calm and relaxing, giving true farmhouse vibes away from city chaos. Special mention to Chef Saroj and server Prakash for their warm hospitality — Chef Saroj went out of his way to accommodate my diet preferences. Food was good, and car bookings were handled efficiently.

Cons:

The downside: no gym (though cycling around the property is an option) and poor room design with a bathtub shower setup. Also, check-in professionalism needs improvement — rooms should be fully ready before guests arrive. Food was good, though the breakfast buffet had limited variety and could use more unique dishes.

The tv in the room was not working.
The bed was not clean and had sand on it.
Even after cleaning the room had sand.
The restrooms were smelly.
They have hidden charges and take money from your card after you leave without your authorisation.

The resort lookwise is good thats all.no value for money

Its nyc near to a logoon ter are so many activities to do

Its very far away from the city
You wont get a cab you have to depend on the resort to call a cab for you and the rates are according to their wish
For 2 km ride they charged me 300/-
Only breakfast is available and no food available anywhere near the resort
The road towards the resort is very scary during the night
Our room was leaking from d ac mal functioning
Even the bathroom ceiling was leaking
Tey tried to fix it but they couldn't
The mattress and pillow very uncomfortable

We wanted to take a moment to share my delightful experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the front office team. Their friendliness and professionalism set the tone for my entire visit.

The housekeeping staff also did an exceptional job. My room was always spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The food and beverage team deserves a special mention as well. The service was impeccable, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Every meal was a treat, and the variety offered was impressive.
