Memorable stay, wishing to go there again.
Pros:

Staff was really friendly and professional, you can immediately perceive a nice atmosphere and best of ownership and management. They were always attentive and respectful. Unforgettable the surprise of a dedicated huge breakfast (with lots of homemade delicacies) the last day of my stay. Hotel location, buildings, and room (chosen accurately from what was offered) fully met my expectations in terms of comfort as well as for being embedded and overlooking real and soft neighboring life (in spite of the area being punctuated with several tourist accommodations and restaurants, it still maintains a remarkable flavor of local life). Major monuments were at walking distance, good was climbing uphill as physical exercise to start the day. Remarkable old mosques can be found in the street network around the hotel site. Seagulls gave a son et lumière show as flying stars against the dark blue sky at night, being illuminated by city lights.

Cons:

Basically no disappointment. The only one minor technical issue with a faucet was easy to overcome without external intervention just giving little time to the flow to adjust itself to the wished temperature.

The location is close to many of the tourist sites,
. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff are exceptional including Madina, Zara and Taj. We will definitely return to this Charming hotel.

Un hotel foarte cochet, curat, personal amabil. Cafeaua mai buna decat la alte hoteluri similare! Curatenie si schimb prosoape zilnic!

Cosy, calm and friendly hotel in the old city
Pros:

A small, cosy hotel in the old town. A 10-minute walk away from the Blue Mosqe. Exceptional friendly staff. Very clean. Good breakfast. The rooms are modernly furnished; we really liked them and felt very comfortable. We would book here again.

Pros:

The staff are polite, friendly and really helpful. The location was really good, restaurants, blue mosque, shopping was close by.

Cons:

The breakfast was lovely but not a lot of variety. Need more selection of breads, fruits, cooked breakfast, apart from the omelette which is made when you request it.

Pros:

Great location, lovely staff!

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work. It was quite humid and hot and we informed the front desk of the situation 2 nights into our stay and it wasn’t fixed by the end of our stay (5 nights).
