Lovely Hoi An
Pros:

Very nice hotel. The pool was very refreshing on hot afternoons. Breakfast was excellent. Very peaceful and quiet at night. Trang was very helpful and taught me vietnamese phrases.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard but nothing else.

We hebben het hier zo fantastisch gehad.
In dit hotel klopt alles, de ligging de inrichting het personeel het ontbijt echt zo bijzonder.

Comfort of hotel very welcoming. Good room size. Use of bikes to cycle around and courtesy bus was good idea. Short walk to old town, but out of crowded are. Vet quiet location

Son was fabulous, they were happy to help in any requests, our room was spacious and lovely.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, the best of our holiday. We loved that they had a good selection of Vietnamese food.

Hotelli oli viihtyisä, kaunisti sisustettu. Sijainti ja uima-allas olivat tosi kivat. Henkilökunta oli erittäin avulias, paitsi yksi tarjoilija aamupalalla/ uima-altaalla. Ensimmäisessä huoneessa oli vahva ja epämiellyttävä haju, mutta saimme uuden huoneen, heti kuin asiasta ilmoitimme vastaanottoon.

Cons:

Äänieristys huoneissa 206 ei ollut paras mahdollinen. Kuulimme seinän takkaa ilmastoinnin ulkoyksikön äänet koko yö. Ilta aika selvästi koiran hauku ja altaan äänet. Mutta en sanoisi, että tämän takia hotelli olisi huono. Korvatulpat auttoivat. Meillä oli siitä huolimatta erittäin hyvä loma tässä hotellissa.

Excellent selection
Pros:

Absolutely sensational hotel. Right from walking in the door, the staff were welcoming & so friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. The facilities were gorgeous & very clean. The rooms were well appointed & very comfortable. The food was delicious. Every time we walked back into the hotel we were greeted the same & making sure that we were attended too every time.

We had a wonderful stay at Son Hoi An Boutique & Spa Hotel. The staff were fantastic throughout our visit, always friendly, attentive and happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and full of charm.
What we really loved about this hotel was the personality and character it had. It felt warm and welcoming, not just like another standard hotel. The location was also perfect — close enough to all the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet when you wanted to relax.
The pool area was beautiful and such a nice place to unwind after exploring. We also booked spa treatments for the day, which were excellent, and the light lunch included afterwards was a really lovely touch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Son Hoi An Boutique & Spa Hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

They decorated for my wedding and red wine.

Cons:

Change it to a room with a small window but the same value. I'm not happy about this. I need to take all things without manpower. The toilet flush is not working well.
