Peace of Mind
Pros:

I loved it. I was upgraded to Junior Suite as the Deluxe smoking room was full. I have stayed there almost every time i visited batam. Staff have maintained consistent to serve professionally. Convenient location to go anywhere. Alphamart just behind the hotel.

Cons:

Hope that maybe in future does not need to use my account for Netflix.maybe the hotel can have an account for guest to watch Netflix

Friendly staff and very accommodating to me travelling with a bicycle. Huge breakfast buffet, located very close to restaurants, coffee shops and a mall. Great value for money.
