Der Urlaub war schön, aber der Preis und Service wird den Hotel-Sternen nicht gerecht.
Pros:

Gefallen hat vor allem die zentrale Lage zur Altstadt und die Größe des Zimmers und vor allem dem Bad. Auch der Ausblick auf dem Balkon war sehr schön, auch wenn wir ihn wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich (kein Hallo oder Guten Tag), hat sich nicht ausgekannt (sehr unerfahren). Das Zimmer war dreckig und der Service war schlecht. Wir wurden noch vorwurfsvoll angepampt als wir gebeten hatten dass uns jemand einen Lappen geben könnte um den Dreck zu beseitigen. Auch die Tiefgarage ist nicht ans Hotel angebunden und man muss 5min zu Fuß laufen und mit einem Auto Aufzug fahren. Der Höhepunkt war dann noch, dass ich meine Jacke im Hotel bei der Abreise vergessen hatte und ich die Portokosten für eine Nachsendung zahlen musste.
