All new and clean. Great friendly staff. Breakfast included is in the lovely restaurant next door. Our room had a little shared terrace that was a great place to chill away from the busyness of Athens. Great shower and tea / coffee machines. Bottled water provided in reception from machine. Super central for shops and restaurants. 10.mins walk to train station.

Cons:

A bit of noise overnight, but hey, this is central Athens and we stayed on a Saturday night!
