Staff upgraded room when they couldnt provide cot for baby and very friendly receptionist.
Breakfast menu cud be better. Loved the room, toilet anf amenities

Pros:

Ubicación: es un lugar que te permite tener "cercanía" al aeropuerto pero también al centro, adicionalmente, si realizas tours a otros países como Kosovo o Montenegro, el punto de recogida es ahí mismo en el hotel o muy cerca a él. También cerca hay supermercados, heladerías, tiendas y restaurantes.
Habitación: me gustó mucho sus baños, balcón con buena vista y temperatura agradable.
Desayuno: el lugar y la comida, así como el servicio y atención, muy bueno.

Cons:

Servicios: solamente nos dieron una tarjeta de acceso a la habitación, pero al momento del checkput nos dijeron que nos habían dado 2, luego de discutir un poco sobre el tema, y pedir que revisarán las cámaras y si bien no lo hicieron, nos dijeron que no nos cobrarían los $10 euros por la tarjeta y que no había problema. Así que es mejor confirmar cuántas tarjetas entregan y tomar nota de ello al momento del checkin.

Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimiydi; temizlik, konfor ve misafirperverlik açısından beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi.
Pros:

En çok temizlik, konfor ve personelin ilgisini beğendik. 501 numaralı odamız çok ferah, sessiz ve oldukça rahattı. Tesisin genel atmosferi huzurluydu, her alanı bakımlı ve düzenliydi. Kahvaltı hem lezzetli hem de çeşitliydi. Çalışanların güler yüzlü ve misafirperver yaklaşımı konaklamamızı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir tesis.

Cons:

Beğenmediğimiz herhangi bir şey olmadı. Konaklamamız boyunca her şey eksiksizdi ve beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Tekrar tercih etmekten memnuniyet duyarız.

Camere spaziose e pulite; colazione ottima e abbondante, personale disponibile e cordiale. Struttura pulita ed in ordine.

Cons:

Qualche accessorio da bagno in più in camera. Un bar aperto magari ad orari stabiliti ed una macchina del caffè automatica gratuita per la colazione sarebbe ottimo e molto gradito.
