We left the property shortly after arriving and booked another hotel the same night.

The experience did not feel like staying in a hotel at all. There was nobody there to receive guests, we were given the wrong lockbox number for the key and had to guess which one was correct, there is no elevator, and we had to carry heavy luggage to the third floor ourselves.

The house also had an unpleasant smell, like old fruit, and there were old wrinkled apples left in the dining area. Most importantly, we did not feel comfortable or secure staying there, especially because the property felt completely empty and unattended.

When we tried to communicate our concerns and request a solution, the response was extremely unprofessional. We were told to “speak with a lawyer,” and when we mentioned leaving a review, the reply was essentially “do whatever you want.”

Unfortunately, this was one of the most uncomfortable accommodation experiences we have had while traveling through Europe.

Velmi příjemný servis a ochota od paní, která připravovala snídaně.

Cons:

Rezervace byla pro 6 dospělých, z toho 4 dospělí v prezidentském apartmánu. Bohužel 1 z nás musel spát na přistýlce připomínající,,šuple” - velmi malé a nepohodlné!! Zde neodpovídala cena kvalitě!
Apartmán pro 2 vyhovující.

Zentrale Lage, ruhiges Haus. Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Der Check-In, da benötigte Daten erst auf Nachfrage zugeschickt wurden und eine halbe Stunde niemand erreichbar war.

Pros:

Dům je celý perfektně zrekonstruovaný od sklepa až po střechu.

Cons:

Jediný malý problém byla lednička,která je moc hlučná tak že jsme ji přes noc vypínali.

The building is beautiful and our apartment has been tastefully restored (unlike some of the apartments with gold-plated faucets).

Pros:

Vše naprosto v pořádku, velkorysý prostor, velmi příjemná a ochotná obsluha, snídaně naprosto stačí, příjemné prostředí. Parking v ceně za branou kousíček od hotelu. Obzvlášť fajn před sezonou bylo, že bylo opravdu teplo v apartmánu, to opravdu nebývá obvyklé. Super průvodce zařízen přímo hotelem. A naprostý klid jak na hotelu, tak v okolí. Nemám prakticky co vytknout.

Cons:

Hlučnější lednička na pokoji, ale to je opravdu detail, navíc se dá vypnout.
