Nobu Hotel Atlanta

I stayed at Nobu Hotel Atlanta in May 2026, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the food was absolutely amazing.

What stood out the most was the exceptional service and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Sam, who was incredibly kind and patient Even though my English is not perfect, he always took the time to listen, understand me, and make sure I felt comfortable . I highly recommend Nobu Hotel Atlanta and look forward to returning in the future!

We recently stayed at Nobu Hotel Atlanta and, overall, had a very pleasant experience. While we encountered a significant issue with the bathroom design, there were many positives that made our stay enjoyable.

Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were welcoming and professional. We arrived around 8:00 PM and had no issues getting settled into our room. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, and any requests we had were handled promptly.

The location worked very well for our trip. Atlanta traffic can be challenging, and we found the hotel conveniently located both for visiting downtown attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium and for driving to the Doraville/Duluth area, where we visited H Mart and a Japanese bookstore.

Self-parking was also surprisingly easy. Simply drive past the hotel entrance and enter the parking garage directly on P3. Some spaces near the Nobu sign are marked for hotel guests, but the front desk told me that hotel guests can park anywhere on P3. Once we understood the setup, parking was very convenient.

The food was another highlight. Breakfast was excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast roll, sausage and grits, and the omelet. The pastries were outstanding. On Saturday, the breakfast buffet offered both excellent quality and a great variety of choices. We looked forward to breakfast each morning.

The one major issue during our stay was the shower design. On our first night, water escaped from the shower area and flooded a significant portion of the bathroom floor. We ended up using all of the towels in the room to contain the water and called guest services for assistance.

To the hotel's credit, the response was immediate. An engineer arrived quickly, and another staff member was extremely kind and helped dry the floor. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help.

A manager also came to discuss options and offered to move us to another room. However, the manager explained that all rooms have the same bathroom design. I looked at the alternative room and noticed it did not have the small water barrier that our current shower had, so I was concerned the problem might be the same—or possibly worse. We therefore chose to remain in our original room.

While additional towels were offered, I felt the underlying issue was never really resolved. In my experience, the engineer and staff member who helped clean up the water showed more empathy and warmth than the manager.

Despite the shower issue, we genuinely enjoyed many aspects of our stay. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the location was convenient, and parking was easy. If the hotel can address the bathroom design problem, this would be an easy five-star stay for us.

Fantastic location,room is amazing,clean and very professional and friendly staffs especially Miguellina Robinson and Bella Hart.

My stay at Nobu Hotel Atlanta was exceptional from start to finish. The property is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere.

What truly made the experience stand out was the outstanding service. Alex Rios and De-Audra went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, always willing to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end stay with excellent service in Atlanta.

Great hotel. Awesome, friendly and professional staff. Porsche service was a definite plus. Ramadan was such a great driver. He made us feel special and was so kind. We will definitely stay here again.

Kudos to management for building such synergy between staff from front desk to having dinner at Nobu. Staff were all happy, accommodating, suggested things beyond what we expected. Mitch was so friendly and offered a fresh juice drink he made and offered to drive us locally if we needed his service. Bella who made my reservation was so lovely, thorough, called me to follow up on something g prior to our stay. Joshua and T at dinner were thoughtful…T knew the menu in great detail and we literally ordered every item he suggested. The staff worked so well together and they all were happy. Kudos to Joshua for his strong manage t style. Also DeaudrA at Fri t desk was so warm and truly cared about our experience. We will so be back.

Fantastic experience at Nobu Atlanta. Room was impeccable, staff were exceptional (Sam at the front desk was great). By far the best hotel gym I’ve ever used, other amenities were amazing and free parking with the cherry on top. Would definitely stay again next time I am in Atlanta.
