great to relax nervous system. quiet & peaceful .
Pros:

i loved my room and how well insulated the rooms were . i couldn’t hear my neighbors often and i was never woke up by outside noise like i have in other hotels.

i love the laundry machine and the kitchenware ! the kitchenware was on a class of it’s own ! i love to cook! they even have to go to glassware . 10/10 mini kitchen :)

Get an RV. I mopped for 2 hours and no one ever did anything for me.

This is usually my go to hotel when I come to that cesspool Phoenix . But this time, when I first checked in, the room smelled like urine. They had no other rooms on the first floor, which is what I requested when making my reservation two weeks prior. The only thing I could do to try to get rid of the smell was to clean these dirty black floors, because I had too much stuff to pick up and get out to look for another hotel. I've never had these kinds of problems at this hotel. But just like everything else in that city, it seems to be going downhill. I sent messages to all of their texts trying to find out how my stay is, I even sent them the following pictures that I'm posting here. I expected about 50% off of my room with the amount of time I had to spend making it acceptable. But it's just crickets. No one has gotten back with me and I'm not even going to be bothered with it anymore. With a state of the hotels these days and the staff and especially some of these insane managers who have no customer service, I think I'm through traveling for a while. At least until I purchase an easily towable RV. I am a retired Hotel general manager of 30 years but I'm sick of some of these "wannabe" Hotel GM's ruining my trips by their lack of hospitality.

Much better than Airbnb
Pros:

Perfect in every way. Lots of attention to details for a comfortable stay. Even washer dryer.
In Phoenix for business so just stayed one night. But I would look for these when we’re out again. Much better than Airbnb’s which we more often use.
