Cons:

Never cleaned the room, even asked for it at main desk. Got our legs cuts with bed platform. Broken and super sharp laminate edge. It needs to be properly fixed or re]laced. im diabetic and my legs have opened wounds because of the platform. I stayed here before and it was great but not any more. I invited and recommended the place but they are disappointed as well.

El restaurante que queda en el lugar un desayuno muy bueno una atención y servicio A+ la comida rica. Y presio cómodo

No me dieron la habitación qué yo reserve. Yo solicite una habitación con una cama y sofá cama y al llegar alli me indicaron que hubo un error y esa habitación no está disponible y que no habia otra disponible. Nunca me llamaron para indicarme que lo que yo reserve no estaba disponible solo me cambiaron de habitación de una cama. La alternativa q me dieron fue llevar una silla de la piscina y ponerle corcha, no cual le indique que NO. Solo me hicieron un ajuste de $20 dolares y tuvimos que compartir la cama. Lo cual no era la idea. Mala comunicación de ellos con el cliente.
