Pros:

onsen was good (tricky to get in); friendly staff but forgot/did not record we had returned extra key, central location; breakfast was good but - only japanese options so don’t expect slice of toast but japanese sweets, delicious

Cons:

access difficult, walk with luggage for taxi; minimalist-style reception on 4th floor; room on 5th floor dark, view of freeway and buildings; hotel next to pachinko parlour, busy and noisy at night

Pros:

In a bustling area of Osaka, but close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc. Can get a bit chaotic, we saw lots of people peeing in the bushes along side the hotel at night haha. But good location otherwise.
Upon checking in we were offered a discount on their Private Sauna (2 people for the price of 1!) and we took advantage of that as well as their public hot bath!

Nothing. I would come back! The room is nice and comfortable. Olsen is amazing. Breakfast is so good! Staff re super friendly and kind. The location is great!

Pros:

L'emplacement était magnifique, propre et idéalement situé. Le personnel était agréable.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner ne correspondait pas aux standards de l'établissement et n'était pas adapté à une clientèle européenne. Les derniers jours, je n'ai même pas pris la peine de m'y rendre.

Had a great stay with spacious room!

A nice hotel in Umeda walking distance to the Station.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good position for the train connections and for the evening activities. Our room was small with no view. We had breakfast included so we enjoyed a japanese breakfast.we will certainly recommend paying attention to the size and view of the room.

Decent hotel. Very kind, accommodating staff, but rooms a bit standard and lacking in decor.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was a bit sparse in terms of decor (feels very standard and colors a bit bleak), but it absolutely has everything you need. The check in area to the hotel is decorated much more luxuriously and nicely than the actual rooms. One big plus is that they have laundry machines on site which is highly appreciated when on an extended trip and if you need to wash your clothes (although sometimes they were really busy and there were only 2 machines on 2 floors of the hotel).

Cons:

Room was a bit sparse and could have been decorated in a bit more of a pleasant manner (nicer colors). Breakfast offered is only Japanese style. Would have appreciated choice of Japanese or western like other hotels offer.
