Como aspecto positivo, disfrutamos mucho el onsen del hotel. Es un espacio muy agradable, limpio y relajante. Nos gustaron especialmente las tinas individuales, donde mi hija y yo pudimos disfrutar de un momento muy cómodo y tranquilo. Además, las pijamas que proporciona el hotel son muy cómodas.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante.

Lo primero que nos sorprendió fue que el taxi no puede llegar hasta la entrada del hotel. Tuvimos que bajarnos en la calle y caminar aproximadamente tres minutos con todo el equipaje, ya que el hotel se encuentra en una calle a la que no pueden acceder los vehículos. Es un detalle importante que deberían informar con anticipación.

Al hacer el check-in nos comentaron que el hospedaje incluía bebidas de cortesía, pero la selección era muy limitada y poco atractiva.

La atención del personal de recepción fue amable y siempre trataron de ayudarnos. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia con el encargado del restaurante fue completamente diferente. La recepcionista nos indicó que podíamos pasar a comer nuestro almuerzo, pero cuando mi hija intentó entrar, el encargado literalmente le cerró la puerta en la cara. Su actitud fue muy grosera, poco profesional y nos hizo sentir muy incómodos.

Otro aspecto negativo es que el hotel tiene alfombras en varias áreas y se percibe un olor desagradable.

Aunque el hotel se anuncia como cercano a la estación de Osaka, en la práctica el acceso no es tan cómodo. Hay que subir y bajar varias escaleras para llegar, lo que resulta complicado cuando se viaja con maletas.

Además, la zona donde se encuentra el hotel no nos dio una buena impresión. Está rodeada de casinos y establecimientos de entretenimiento para adultos, y por la noche el ambiente se siente poco agradable para familias. Se observan grupos de hombres vestidos de negro permaneciendo en las calles, lo que hizo que no nos sintiéramos del todo cómodos al caminar por la zona.

En general, no fue una experiencia que repetiríamos ni un hotel que recomendaríamos para quienes viajan en familia.
